Check out what this guy says. Good old Republicans. If a Democrat said this, they'd go apeshit but since it's not, then it's not news. I'm sure some Republicans will defend this and say, "well, he's a supporter of Bush so of course he'd say that," and by saying so they'd show they're sick worship of Bush. Is anyone always right? No.

to rocknroll: are we at war? when was war declared? Congress can declare war and since they didn't we are not at war. And if we were, does that mean the president turns into the king?

No one, here on Earth, at this moment in time, is always right. That would include Me, and You.

no president is always right. Look at Kennedy. Everyone loves good ole J.F.K! Does anyone remember that he was the only president to almost get us involved in a nuclear exchange? No. Does anyone remember that he wanted to drop a bomb on Cuba and that it took half of his cabinet to talk him and his gung-ho brother out of it? No. Does anyone remember that he was the first one to put troops into Vietnam? No. But... He started the Peace Corps... He was for civil rights(Truman helped the movement before Kennedy even cared)... He was the greatest ever!!! No. He was a drunken, drug addicted, std having moron. But he had money and powerful friends. And now he is the icon of the modern Democratic party. I'm not a huge fan of Bush, but compare him to Kennedy and I would take Bush every time...
edit: I'm so tired of hearing how people blame the rich and powerful republicans... Are democrats poor? No!!! In fact, most of the democratic party has just as much, if not more, money that members of the republican party. That is how politicians are!!! Rich. The Democrats are mostly old money and Republicans tend to be new money. Look up the difference between the two...

No. He isn't. That is why dissent, disagreement, and even protest are American values. It's the sedition and treasonous acts we need to fight. Great question. I'm not hot on insulting other political parties as I aim my shots more directly at the seditious that hide UNDER the banner of Republican or Democrat (I'm a Democrat), but you are right in general that too many people tolerate sedition, unfounded rumors, "guilty until proven innocent" attitudes, and name-calling of our elected officials from within their party while condemning the other party for the same actions.
I say, stop condemning the parties, join together and wipe out all the seditious traitors trying to undermine our country in the name of two perfectly good political parties! Who is with me?
Good additional note: I hate "declaring war" when war hasn't been declared. President Clinton used it, President Ford, virtually every President we've had all because we caved to a bunch of socialists over Korea and Vietnam. Ever since then we've been scared to "declare war", so we skirt the issue. It's silly.

Not sure what you are implying there, buddy, since your grammar is pretty lame, but I think you are saying that there are folks with an unhealthy trust in the infallibility of the President?
Shoot, it's not just the President of the United States. Every City Councilman, Mayor, County Commissioner, State Representative and Congressman in this country thinks that winning an election gives them a goddamn injection of "instant smarts."
These boyos, failed lawyers, car salesmen, real estate agents and shopkeepers believe that once they get elected, their word becomes "the will of the people."
Ain't so. Ain't never been so. Not at the local, municipal, state, federal or national level.
But that doesn't stop the stupids in our culture from believing it to be so.
The real pity is that there is no test required for political office.
I kinda like the old Chinese requirement that leaders be required to put a feather on their head with their toes while standing on one foot ... at least the you knew that the "Commissioner of Whatnot" was agile, if not necessarily intelligent enough to chew and breath at the same time.
Today, though, in Our Great Nation, there are no such assurances. Watch CSPAN for a giggle sometime. You will learn a whole bunch.
And have one on me.

might is right,so in his world he is always right and the international community is powerless to stop him and he who has the gold makes the rules as an oil company owner and someone from a rich, powerful and influential family he has made quiete a few new rules that violate the ideas of our founding fathers as his executive powers are now beyond control of both houses, so technically he is always right, cause no one has the balls to stop him,
