I am a military dependant. I'm having a horrible time getting an appointment with the on base dermatologist. It's taken over two months just to get an appointment scheduled, and it isn't for another five weeks from now. I have asked for an off base referral, due to the long waiting time and have been refused. I used to be active duty and remember the "tricare standards of care" which said you should be able to be seen for urgent care in 24hrs, routine 7 days, physicals 3 weeks and specialists 28 days. I always thought that if they couldn't fit you in in those time frames they had to let you go off base? Am I wrong here? Isn't 90+ days a little absurd to wait for an appointment? Do I have any recourse in making them let me go off base (without having to pay 100% myself)? The appointment is for an ongoing condition and I don't want to have to wait this long everytime I need treatment.

According to the www.census.gov/main/www/popclock.html 299,161,274 that’s ~300 million, if you take the number of people who are over 18, gave 1 million dollars each to our citizens, the first to get this money would be veterans, and go from there, then you take some basic requirements such as no felons, druggy, and other dregs of the U.S., also nobody who rich already, this would leave ~140 million people probably less, this one time gift would solve so many problems. Some may say won't work but wouldn't you like a chance to live well. in 2 days of paying for the war you could make millionaires out of so many who would benefit so much better than spending it on war, Drop the bomb and see if the terrorist stop their sh*t.

I've read the book and I feel the plan is transparent and would benefit the country in many ways. I'm tired of having my money taken forcibly. I don't like having a tax code that is impossible to interpret. This seems like an excellent solution.

I know you prabably don't care. Seems like they 're having some voting problems. I hope that this Presidente is going to make a difference for the people that live there. If the country fixes it's problems then the people will stay in the country.

Although the U.S. calls itself a democracy, it is, in reality controlled by two political parties that are sustained by massive support from large corporations and wealthy individuals. Why is nothing being done to level the playing field for new, underfunded parties? Why are politicians allowed to conduct their activities out of the public eye? Why is the electoral system allowed to remain in spite of its irrelevance in the 21st century? Why aren't politicians trying to strengthen democracy by encouraging progress towards direct democratic principals? How can the average citizen whose time is taken up with making a living hope to have an impact on efforts to take the country back from short-sighted, greedy and selfish individuals? Being provided the opportunity time and time again to vote for the the lesser of two evils (candidates) is not going to make much differfence over the long term.

I just came back from Tasmania and that place is covered with opium farms sponsored by the USA! Farmers in Tasmania receive cash incentives and gifts (cars) from the USA for growing poppies. It seems that there are secrets kept down under down under. I hope the C.I.A. doesn't come knocking on my door now...

Is a will still legal if you write it yourself and just have it witnessed, or do you have to go to a lawyer or buy one of the DIY will computer programs? If you can write it yourself, does it have to be hand witten?

ask these hostile and questions like "Why are republicans and republican supporters so stupid" or vise versa. I mean, fine if you don't agree with their beliefs but shouldn't you be mature about it instead of saying "do all liberals eat dick for breakfast"?

I dunno, thats just my opinion.

Do people who call themselves Republicans agree with everything the party stands for and the same for Democrats? Wouldn't we be better off if candidates ran on what they truly stand for instead of making themselves "whores" to these two parties. I try to vote for the person that I feel would best represent my beliefs. It's hard not to feel at times that I have wasted a vote on a candidate that has no chance.

we loaned some money to a family member. they repaid us. they have since filed bankrucpty and the trustee has sent us a letter stating that we need to return the money. are we leaglly responsible to return money that was ours to begin with? trustee says they can go back for 1 year of the family members debts and ask for them to be returned so that the creditors holding notes can be paid first. as far as we know the bankrupcty was not filed until after the money was return to us and there was no note held on the loan it was done in good faith. if we are leaglly responsible to return the money what are the legall actions that can be taken against us if we do not?

I HEAR THIS OVER AND OVER AGAIN FROM Military Bashing republicns

" the troops knew when they signed up that they could go to war and die and get hurt"

I MEAN these republicans not only are throwing this in our soldiers face but the are telling them basically " HEY YOU SIGNED UP NOW STOP BIT*HING"

As democrats we dont bash our troops and know that they signed up for military service and they could have expected war but we dont throw it in their faces, instead we wish that they would all come home and stop fighting bushs war that was based on imiginary weapons.

I Love America nd love our troops but for republicans to undermine our troops while they are fighting a senceless war based on right wing lies and fabrications is beyound beleif.

Alright, so people are getting pretty rude about me standing up for what I believe in. Telling me I'm wrong for entitling my opinion, and saying I support the war that is happening. I do admit, I am scared that this war will never end, but for someone to sit there and say that there is no point to this, that our men and women are dying for no reason. Then people making fun of the Military?I dare someone who makes fun of our Military to go up to a mother of a fallen troop and make out of the line comments about the military, I mean the families of our troops pray to god every night and hope that there son or daughter isnt killed, pray that their husband will get to be a father to his baby, pray that the next Christmas, they will be able to open presents under a tree with them.We sit here and mock our military, say there nothing but brainwashed idiots, but let me ask you something, Did you fight for your country yesterday,or did you sit on your a** while someone else did?God Bless them.

With the aging population, and the relatively low birth rate in the US, are immigrant workers necessary to provide the labor to keep the US economy strong? Do immigrants (legal or otherwise) fill labor needs that may not otherwise be in short supply?
