In my view we should not let these animals back in society and put our women and children in danger? Remember Wayne Gacy? He was a sexual offender and we all know what he did.

Gore claims 928 articles prove all scientists agree about global warming. But a British researcher found that only 13 of the 928 articles "endorsed the so-called consensus view. Several actually opposed it."

Richard S. Lindzen, the Alfred P. Sloan professor of atmospheric science at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology: "A general characteristic of Mr. Gore's approach is to assiduously ignore the fact that the earth and its climate are dynamic; they are always changing even without any external forcing. To treat all change as something to fear is bad enough; to do so in order to exploit that fear is much worse."

it was a small drug related crime (possession of marijuana) 12 years ago when he was 19 years old. He's an upstanding citizen now and has never had anymore trouble. But I found out that a criminal record can disqualify a person from getting a green card and immigrating. Is this one of those cases or because it's so minor will they overlook it and allow us to marry and live in the U.S.? I REALLY need help and any info. you find i would appreciate!

I was so embarassed. It was a 4th of July highlight feature on the news and they actually gave reasons like:
highest rate of obesity
lowest opinion of political leader
etc....and all of this with smiles, candor, and festivities. I'm thinking....Oh my God it's only a matter of time before the right country discovers how to overtake us and we'd have no defense other than weapons. That's my question.....besides weapons, what defense does the US have against a purposeful hostile take over??? Anyone?

I've seen them parading in the streets with their missles and soldiers. They are just imitating a failed country aren't they.

Just think it over. Stalin was a cruel leader bent on the annhilation of his enemies in order to retain his totalitarian authority. This led to the deaths of around 30 million Russians more than all Russian deaths in WWII. Trotsky was actually concerned with communist ideology. He believed that it could work. Would the world be different with Trotsky instead of Stalin as leader of USSR after 1924?

My uncle served in the Royal Navy during WW2. He once showed me his discharge papers and they listed his last unit as being HMS Odyssey, however neither Janes nor the web appears to have a reference to this elusive ship/shore establishment. Has anyone heard of this?

why most of the people who resort to terrorism, feel betrayed. And why do they go to the extend of punishing innocent people.

Today, in the news i heard of these 2 men being in custody for plotting a terrorist act for the subway, but they didn't actually carry out the act. Now, i was wondering about this b/c since they didn't actually carry it out it doesn't make sense. i know they had the intent or the motive, but what would they b charged with??? or any other crime they were plotting against for that matter!!

A letter was written alleging I was convicted of a crime and it was read publicly. It was signed anonymously but I know who wrote it. Can I sue them for defamation, slander and/or libel?
