I mean it what would have to happen in your life or what political views or or or that would make you want to cause harm to others on a massive war like scale?
I am trying to figure out the great why.Are they all insane ....is mental illness the key factor? If not what is?
What scenario would have to take place (real or imagined) for you or anyone to turn to terrorisim?
I am not sure there is an answer but try ..........what ?????

I read this somewhere on this forum, can't remember who said it quoting who. But it went like:
War is the terrorism of the rich and terrorism is the war of the poor.
When the revolutionary leaders of America turned against the British Empire, they were probably considered terrorists by the British government. When you have resources to wage war, you terrorize other nations with the force and threat of war. When you do not have resources you wage war in a clandestine manner by blowing things up, by using humans as explosive delivery vehicles and so on.
It is just rhetoric. One calling the other terrorist and vice versa. Either they are both terrorists, or they are both at war. The only difference is in how they fight.

Frustration with the government and the abuse of power of government would cause me to be a terrorist as that is the only way to get results. The United States was formed by violence when the colonists who were british citizens attacked british troops at lexington and Concord in Massachusits, that was over excessive taxes on tea and other goods, kinda like the excess taxes we have today. I read a book many years ago that the United States would never be invaded by foreign troops but that it would fall from within like a coup de ta or revolution, with the loss of jobs, the price of gas, immigration, FEMA response I believe that day will be soon unless there is change

Easy. I would turn into a terrorist if the exact same thing happen to my country that happened to Iraq.
The so called 'insurgents' are doing exactly what our militia did during the American revolution because they could not take the British head to head.
Think about it... if a power greater than ours invaded the USA and came in our streets, house to house, deciding to change our entire way of life, what would we do? Would we sit down and say ok? Or would we do exactly what they are doing to perserve our way of life/culture?

every religion has turned to terrorism. Christians have killed in holy wars just as every other religion has taken on some form of terrorism. here is a scenario to put you in there shoes. You, knowing that your a real person of flesh and bone, being told by someone else that your not real, that your just some stupid idea and have no validity. wouldn't that **** you off?

When a law against blasphemy is passed it will be a direct threat to the Constitution of the United States. That might cause me to start reducing churches to ashes, but only when they are empty.

terrorists are just people with no brain, ignorants, that they put they religion to fight for..ONLY AN EXCUSE, so a smart guy come alone, tell this kids, that if they die for what ever cause, they going to heaven and have many women and is like paradise, and the worst part is , they buy it, it is sad but real..i wonder if they have parents............who love them.....
