The 1st World does a great job of teaching the "entitled to theme of receiving". Truthfully the only item one should be entitled to is making a contribution to the world.
We show take a hint from JFK's inaugural speech - Ask not what your country can do for you, ask what you can do for your country.
Go out educate yourself. Produce in the economy some of the wealth you produce in the world will come back to you.
