Alright, so people are getting pretty rude about me standing up for what I believe in. Telling me I'm wrong for entitling my opinion, and saying I support the war that is happening. I do admit, I am scared that this war will never end, but for someone to sit there and say that there is no point to this, that our men and women are dying for no reason. Then people making fun of the Military?I dare someone who makes fun of our Military to go up to a mother of a fallen troop and make out of the line comments about the military, I mean the families of our troops pray to god every night and hope that there son or daughter isnt killed, pray that their husband will get to be a father to his baby,pray that the next Christmas, they will be able to open presents under a tree with them.We sit here and mock our military, say there nothing but brainwashed idiots, but let me ask you something, Did you fight for your country yesterday,or did you sit on your a** while someone else did?God Bless them.

You are entitled to your opinon and I to mine. I think the war is wrong and a big mistake and a waste of resources. Now that the US is there they might as well clean up the mess they made along the way I believe though that the majority of insurgents are not even Iraqi but rabid Muslims from other countries butting in to someone elses business. Everyone who is not Iraqi needs to get out of Iraq. By the way I was in the Army for 8 years. I support our troops but not George Bush's war.

Wow! You go girlfriend! My hubby was there in Iraq, that was very hard. And you bet that I support my troops past and present! Shame on those that think the its ok to invade someones time of grieving of a child or spouse, That is just not right. Have people no sense at all? Or dignity? But you know that this America and we have that freedom of speech. But there has to be a way to stop that crap.

You give them hell Sweetheart.... and don't worry about what you believe in. Most of those idiots you are saying are making fun of you are nothing but cowards and would only wake up if they had to take up arms and protect themselves if the fighting were right here in their backyards if it were not for what was going on over there right now. They don't know what true suffering is like and could care less.
As a retired vet I know I certainly would appreciate you sticking up for what we did in Vietnam and Korea as you are now doing during another conflict no one likes but will be worth it when it ends.
Hold your head up high as you well deserve a hug from all of those uniformed guys.

As a ex Air Force wife, a Marine mom and a Army sister-n-law I dare anyone to come to my face and say anything wrong about our troops cause this Marine mom will go into action. And to the people who keeps putting down our troops and calling them names on here please go to the nearest base and say it to a soldier's face.
It's easy to hide online and put down soldiers but come outside to the real world and see how easy it is.

I love your opinion/attitude. Next time, tell the people that disagree with you to express their feelings to our Soldiers, Airman, Marines, and Sailors who have just returned from a deployment. See what happens after that = )

I support the war as well. Iraq still has terrorists that need to be taken out, and we are not there for us, we are there for the Iraqi citizens.
