And before you nitwit libs start going on your rants, let's get a few things clear:
....................................

The world doesn't hate the US nor does the world hate Bush. There exists in all western-style nations the same small group of malcontents that we have here and those are the people who "are against us".

Bush isn't ruining government, "cons" and "libs" are. Bush's poll numbers now are the same they were on 9/10, Bush's poll numbers are just a consequence of modern politics.
....................................

Isn't it true that liberal Democrats blame America for all the world's problem simply because they are really socialists who would do and say ANYTHING to bring down capitalism and freedom so they can remake the world into their vision of a "people's paradise"?

Don't say it's not true if you haven't read Al Gore's book "Earth In The Balance" where he advocated "saving nature" at the expense of all but 500,000 humans.

Conservatives and Liberals better agree with me when i say this. We have a responsibility as citizens to do everything in our power to not put our soldiers in harms way unless absolutely neccesary. I think we failed. Why? North Korea wants to test a nuclear missle that could reach our country. So we are trying to talk them down. Iraq, a nation who never attacked us, is being torn apart so Iraqi's can have a democratic government. Why do you think or not think we failed? I am college student so i only understand facts and logical reasoning thanks no opinions please.

My cousin just came back from Iraq and was hit by two IED's. I fully understand what that man has gone through and I am so proud of him.

Political drivel backed up by opinion is fiction, right?

Please spare me from your, "well Michael Moore, blah, blah, blah." I can't stand the polarizing figures on either side.

The proffered argument that automatic weapons aren't useful in sporting, and therefore should be illegal, seems specious. How can we democrats, defenders of personal liberty, side with gun control?

I am applying to a Police Academy as a college grad, magnacumlaude, Coast Guard Academy attendee (honorable discharge), and have made it to the panel interview but have not passed, and I suspect that I got rejected because I have worked under the table once in the past while trying to make ends meet. I am looking for "best practices" I suppose and wonder if my decision to work under the table will for sure give them reason to reject me, if I should bring it up, or not say anything and let them find out on their own in the background check. Similar situations or advice appreciated.

Liberals always make exceptions for international terrorists, minorities, the transgendered, and Kennedy family members when it comes to punishing crimes. Why can't they understand that everybody should have the same penalties for committing crimes?

Why is it that according to liberals you're argument is automatically wrong if you're a religious person and invoke teachings from Scripture in your argument, but it's perfectly fine when they quote from their gods ... Al Franken, the Dixie Chicks, Nancy Pelosi, and Ted Kennedy?

Also, isn't it just a smidge hypocritical when liberals themselves invoke the name of Jesus when they say "Jesus F-ing Christ" all the time or when they pull out a Bible to urinate on it?

RIDICULOUS, imo. Its like getting a phone call from a stalker and when he shows up at your door, you sue the phone company for not protecting you.
Stfu. You also DO NOT need 30 million dollars, just because your kid is a dumbass and doesn't know better than to meet people from the internet. I seriously have no sympathy at all for them. Perioddd. How bout you.

I ask this question because of a reply to a question that I saw. I as an American would be fine if there were just a few, then just documenting them, and having to pay fines as restitution for breaking our laws to get here.would be okay. Save me a dime or two, lol. But, there is one problem, there are millions, and in other countries just a few hundred would be considered an act of war by the invading nation. Americans are also beginning to see this invassion as an act of war. I would rather not go there, but to protect my country, I will do as my ancestors did, fight. Illegal aliens need to learn how to fight in their own countries, and earn their freedom there.

Today the Republicans blocked a vote to raise minimum wage to 7.25 an hour. The minimum wage has not been rised since 1997.
www.msnbc.com
WASHINGTON - The Republican-controlled Senate smothered a proposed election-year increase in the minimum wage Wednesday, rejecting Democratic claims that it was past time to boost the $5.15 hourly pay floor that has been in effect for nearly a decade.

The 52-46 vote was eight short of the 60 needed for approval and came one day after House Republican leaders made clear they do not intend to allow a vote on the issue, fearing it might pass.

The Senate vote marked the ninth time since 1997 that Democrats there have proposed _ and Republicans have blocked _ a stand-alone increase in the minimum wage. The debate fell along predictable lines.
