Actually, illegals are entitled to more benefits than tax-paying Americans. Many hard working Americans can not afford health coverage through their employers, leaving them one illness away from financial disaster. The illegals, on the other hand, are afforded government sponsored health care, food and subsidized housing. The "same" benifits? I think not. The government has turned it's back on it's own people in the name of cheap labor, and a voter base. Tax paying Americans are caught in a downward spiral of arranging deckchairs on the Titanic, as it were. This immigration thing is a serious issue. This country has been invaded, an invasion sanctioned and sponsored by our own government, and American taxpayers are prisoners of war.

You all might want to bypass and browse some books to get information. Come to imagine about it thousands and thousands of those human beings easily pay taxes and guess what they can't even get a penny decrease back, they pay 2x more effective taxes then any human beings and do not obtain some thing. They do jobs that none human beings (individuals) will do. they're human beings to appreciate, with 1/2 the money we make they pick to help their households. So my answer is E. those unlawful immigrants that were the following paying there taxes, hardworking human beings and performance no longer commint a criminal offense should be dealt with like some thing else human beings. =)

Cheap Labor"
The phrase "cheap labor" is a myth, a farce, and a
lie. There is no such thing as "cheap labor."
Take, for example, an illegal Mexican who sneaks in here with his wife and five children. He takes a job for five or six dollars an hour. At that wage with six dependents, he pays no income tax, yet at the end of the year gets an "earned income credit" of up to $3,200 free.
He qualifies for Section 8 housing and subsidized rent, food stamps, and free (no deductible, no co-pay) health care. His children get free breakfasts and lunches at school, and require bi-lingual teachers and books that taxpayers provide.
He doesn't have to worry about car insurance, life insurance, or homeowners insurance. Taxpayers provide Spanish language signs, bulletins, and printed material.
He cannot be fired, harassed, or sued. He and his family receive the equivalent of $20 to $30 an hour in benefits, while working Americans are lucky to have $5 or $6 an hour left after paying their bills and his, and paying for increased crime, graffiti, and trash cleanup.
Cheap labor? YEAH RIGHT!"

Clipz4life and Mudebar, LEAVE MY COUNTRY!!! You are criminals. I wish there was a bounty on people like you, I would be a rich man because I would hunt you down.
Curious and Mendi8a, you are a couple of enemy sympathizers and you disgust me. Too bad there aren't laws against people like you.
Snakebit and Hickchic, you guys have it figured out!
How many times must it be repeated? ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION IS AGAINST AMERICA'S LAWS!!!! Aiding and abetting criminal trespassers is the same as harboring a fugitive. This country is at war. Giving succor and aid to the enemy is a treasonous offense which has dire consequences.

Because big business is in the pockets of politicians.
If we follow the law the only thing that illegal aliens are entitled to is deportation.

Judicial activism ie judges imply they are entitled, but use the Constitution in dishonest fashion.
This country can't help it, we've given up on immigration since 65'. It will take riots on the street like France before we tighten up again.
I hope I'm wrong.

Well, most of the time they aren't known to be illegal and even if it is known they still have all the same rights as U.S. citizens accept for the right to vote.

They are not entitled to any thing...and that they think and act like they are is just pathetic. These people have broken one of the most basic laws. it isn't even a law exclusive to America. The contempt these people showed on their "demonstration" march will not be forgotten by Americans. Amnesty will not happen.

They aren't. However, once here we give them a lot more than they get in their own country and we pay for it. That is a big magnet that draws them across, and any solution of this problem has to take that into account or illegal immigration will continue to be a problem.

Because they are human beings , just like you and me,
just because they do not have papers, does'nt mean that they should be betrayed, mistreated, abused, or out spoken,
they have earned our respect by Working hard labor,
What us Americans do not like to work in !!
I am sure that you would not like to go out in the Hot sun and work on those Stawberry fields all day bending over to pick up stawberries and get paid Less than Minimum wage, I would'nt !
