and use it for development.

Hint - so the cities could generate more revenue due to the higher value and tax rate associated with the new property once it's developed.

Justice Stevens was joined in the majority by Justices Anthony M. Kennedy, David H. Souter, Ruth Bader Ginsburg and Stephen G. Breyer. BTW, everyone is a liberal.

Today they evicted the last home owners on a parcel in New London, Conneticutt - a liberal haven in itself.

In a way, they got what they deserved by continuing to support these scum bag liberal politicians who inturn nominate and approve of liberal judges.

Will these scum bag liberals stop at nothing to get taxes. One wonam who was evicted from her house was born in it in 1918.

If someone marrys their american boyfriend/girlfriend while visiting the States as a tourist can they ask for adjustment of status based on marriage ? What are the consequences, and will the person be able to ask for work authorization within a short time ? Does anyone have had this experience or does anyone know the procedures in this case ?
I'd really appreciate some advice.

Shouldn't the correct terms be pro-choice and anti-choice. Because that's what its all about, whether you have a choice or you don't.

Was Bush and Kennedy and MacCain ad nausea (and who else) to write this current bill delivered to the House by the Senate wherein immigration policy was radically rewritten to INCREASE immigration over the next 20 years; principally for Mexico it would seem.
Was it a group of industialists doing it for cheap labor? Was it V. Fox doing it for the benefit of Mexico, was it the Democratic party desperate for a win, trying to get a majority electorate coming it's way? Why would any of these dastardly characters do such a thing as write this most recent bill and think they could pull the wool over our eyes? It's appalling to me. It shoots me through the heart!

Had a felony in NC - nonviolent (possession of over 1 ounce of marijuana); no jail time. 20 years ago. Clean ever since (learned my lesson, believe me). Voluntarily trained in Christian ministry and ministered to prisoners. Held steady job ever since, have family and kids. I want expungement, but NC law seems to prohibit any expungement/expunction possibilities for me, except a slim change with 96-90. Any hope for me? Anyone? Please?

The Republicans made a huge issue out of gay marriage. In doing so, they got the support of the religious right, and in all probability, won the election because of it. Meanwhile, the evangelists and Bible bangers are now furious with the President because he has reneged on his promise to ban gay marriage. NOW DON'T YOU FEEL A LITTLE STUPID?

Those poor muslims had their civil rights violated while attempting to blow up a Parliment building, behead a government official and fire on pedestrians with automatic weapons.

I'm sure we caught them by eaves dropping on their converstaions. Isn't it more important to piss and moan about that than to save a few thousand lives.

Come on, you know you want to protest.

BTW - What has Canada done to aid the world on the war on terror. Nothing, and they still get attacked.

I'm seventeen and I am thinking about joining the military for no other reason then to serve the country that has done so much for me. However my mother doesn't take me seriously all she sees is a pathetic little girl. However I see different I know I can make it through training. A war? Well it would be ridiculous to say I know that I could make it through that yet I am willing to try. People tend to think the worst so that when something happens its never as bad as we thought. A war is the only thing that is and will be more horrible then anyone could ever imagine. I would like to know the pros and cons of joining the military. Death is something I do not fear. So don't even bother putting that down as a con.

You promised to end affirmative action and reform immigration in your 2000 campaign, but all we've received is the largest terrorist attack in the history of the world, complete loss of our freedoms and privacy, and a war where no "weapons of mass destruction" were found. And we still have affirmative action and out of controll immigraton. Resign already, you bastard.

Many do-some never break the law or hurt others. Or take food even though staving. They don't throw blame (there on every big city street). I give them More credit than those who think they are justified. And I would help them first if I can. Lawbreakers for any reason is wrong (laws were made to protect most)-living Dishonestly is wrong. So tell me how do these who are honest do it? And why are their morals so high in their positions?

And yes I have seen and talk to many (homeless and starving eating garbage) in Chicago who have these traits. I do what I can for them-why should I help the Dishonest?

And many are Vets-Families-Ill and disable.

Is the Us treating other people's lives as something to be paid for after killing them and paying a disgraceful amount at that, is that the country that supports human rights and who are the terrorist. How come you put people in Guantanamo even before they are proven guilty, isn't that a violation of human rights and if they are enemy combatants, what happen to the Geneva convention, is it selective as and when convenient by the Us . Aren't there any human right activist left in the Us or are they only forcing it on others who are weak and the poor. Where are the WMDs and is the country safe from cowboys who have no conscience, remember the MAI LAI INCIDENT? Great show of hypocrisy America. Answer with some dignity and see your greatness in bullying others into submission but if it has gone down the gutter like the other values that was so proudly expounded by the Us, then pls don't bother answering.
