I so want Gore to run. He should run. He'll make a great president and no mistake. It's us Liberals turn to rub the NeoCons' noses in the dirt for a change. We can watch as Gore calmly reclaims the country that Clinton left in Bush's dirty hands. He will restore order, and restore the proper taxation that the fat cats should be paying.

I'm so convinced of this that I plan on writing to Al Gore personally and ask him to do this for us. We need a strong leader and it's time for the Dems to meet that challenge.

Here we are using the very medium that Gore worked so hard to bring about. Why wouldn't you vote for him. Without his legislation and tireless lobbying it's possible that the Internet would be confined to academia, government and the military only.

What a guy!

It was interesting reading the answers given to you up to this point. It only shows how little people actually know of Mr. Gore. I would vote for Al Gore in a hearbeat. I can't see ANYONE, Republican, Democrat, or Independent who would make a better President.

First, Mr. Gore routinely participated in intelligence briefings while Vice President. That is a far cry from what is happening today with a President who relies on Aides to break down the information and give it to him. A President that is hands on in this way could only help keep America safe.

Next, we see this President beginning a dialogue about removing America's dependence from foreign oil and proposing alternative fuel measures that could help. What you need to remember is that Presidential Candidate Gore in 1999 and even before that was ALREADY beginning the steps necessary to remove America's dependence on Foreign Oil.

Along with removing America's dependence on Foreign Oil, look at other issues that Mr. Gore has been ahead of the curve on. While Mr. Gore did not actually invent the Internet, he WAS the most influential Federal Official and responsible for funding the programs that gave us the Internet we use today. Don't believe me then simply Google the name Vinton Cerf and read about what he has to say about Mr. Gore's efforts in creating the Internet.

Communications, an area of strength with Mr. Gore. And coincidentally the main problem cited by the first responders to the disaster that occurred on 9-11-01 and also the Hurricane Katrina disaster. With a President Gore there is the possibility that the main problem cited during those disasters ceases to be a problem at all.

Of course we also have Mr. Gore's committment to the environment. This isn't new, this is something that has been near and dear to Mr. Gore for many years and his recent movie will show you what he has learned.

A President Gore would go a long way to restoring America's image around the world. Both he and President Clinton were very well respected by major world leaders and the inhabitants of their Nations.

There are literally hundreds of reasons, if not thousands why a President Gore would be beneficial to America at this point in time but will he run? Let's all hope so.

I believed the opportunity has passed for Mr. Gore. The people wants a new contender to go up against the Republican party. Looking at what Gore has accomplished since he lost the election, I would be reluctant to vote for him again as he appears to have become too Liberal for my taste. If the best that the Democrat could muster in the next election is Al Gore, they're in trouble! So.. NO.. he should not run!

Gore can be a staggering president - and yet i'm no longer wanting to work out him run... until eventually he's our in straightforward words desire to offer up Clinton. I desire Russ Feingold ought to correctly be our president. he's the in straightforward words - in straightforward words - senator with the sense to vote adversarial to the Patriot Act the first actual time. he's someone who knows why we've a us of a of u.s..

No, he already blew a election he could have won, why let him try again and lose. He is as bad or maybe even worse than Hilary Clinton running for president

I really want Gore to run. Too bad he said many times he won't (who knows though, he could announce it soon). He would be a great leader, next lincoln.

Do the Democrats want to win? If so, find a different candidate. I can't get through one of his speeches without laughing out loud at his ranting or falling asleep from boredom, so my primary reason would be he is a bore.

I think it would be a joke. To lead the American people you have to be a little more in touch. I appreciate his enviromental activisim, I really do, but it seems like the man's a one-trick pony anymore.
