I am recently divorced and my ex has requested that i submit to drug testing so that i can see my kids. the judge agreed and ordered it so. I have no prior drug convictions or offenses but did go to voluntarily to a rehab for vicodin use. Is this legal? Do i have to test?

I'm an American of English, Scottish, French, and Irish descent. I just don't understand the prejudice against the Irish. I had a Scottish gf who had this incredible hatred for the Irish, and when I told her I had a great-great-great Irish grandmother, it was all over. The Irish are certainly brave people who were able to survive centuries of persecution by English kings and queens, and they had enough guts to win their freedom from the British Empire..........which is more than I can say for the Scots, who languish under English domination even to this day.

I want to know the reasoning of the people who dont want the war in Iraq to continue. Lets say you guys win, everybody from Iraq is pulled out. As well as the rest of the countries. I think that it would take Taliban and Al Queida about 35 seconds to retake all the middle east. And we know what happens next, one of our planes is brought down so what do we do???? We start a war that everybody seems to be for untill we get there. So why re-elect the arguably best president ever just to say he sucks? I want to hear why you oppose this war.

I've been seeing a lot republican's post on here that "if Al Gore was president we would have never went to Afghanistan after 9-11" or "If John Kerry was prez we'd all be wearing turbins on our heads". I'd like to know if any of you actually truly believe this or if you just hate dem's so much that you speak (or type) out of frustration. Just out of curiosity..
