Theoretically, all the Courts derive their authority from the monarch, so they have no jurisdiction over the monarch. However, the Queen has recently started paying tax. That may indicate that a radical constitutional shift has occurred, without anyone noticing much. As the "constitution" of the UK is derived to some extent from custom and common law such things are possible. As far as I know, there is no statute conferring immunity on the monarch.

No, the royal family is not subject to the law - but they are subject to public relations, hence the queen would be publicly disowned, disgraced and punished by the remaining royal family if she ever did such a thing. That is, unless the mess could be cleaned up without the media getting any proof.

I do not think so..... I think that they might have a special "jury" for the Queen about her sanity or, lack there of it.
Maybe they may ask her, for public reason, to leave the seat and make her son, Charles, King.
(But, they did a survey in England and they would rather the monarchy skip him and just king the son, William)

Yes, of course. The Queen is mostly a figurehead (symbol) of England.

Now 220 years ago... that would be a different story.
