ok so my brother has this box tortoise and hes ran out of food for it, i looked up what it could eat and there was all this crap that ive never even heard of i was wondering what kind of fruits and vegies can he eat? please dont critisize about us not being able to afford food just this once, also can he have corn? if so can he have some corn flakes? and can he eat oats?

i had a close encounter with a snake and my immediate reaction was negetive. was the snake harmless ? We usually dont have many snakes around. this is the first time i have seen a snake in the open

I can send someone a pic if they think they could tell us about how old they are? from head to tail I would say they are (about) 15 or so inches.

This is the first time a snake has been seen in my parents' house after more than 18 years. We would like to know what species it belongs to. Links to pictures, etc. is a plus.

I have 4 red slider turtles...the 2 oldest ones, I think a female and a male..they face each other and put their front legs straight out in front of them. their legs tremble as they seem to be touching noses! what are they doing?

I bought this small turtle at a pet shop and it doesn't want to eat. I have given it pellets and it doesn't seem to eat it. am i supposed to put the food in the water or take the turtle out and feed it on dry land? i tried both and doesn't want to take it. what kind of food can i use? and how can i feed it?

people go to church , always talk about people .help the poor...
how about help the animals ...animals owen this world too..
people with children , teach them how to be kind with all animals..
build an extra class lesson in the school , tech people to help the helples animals,,,,be kind and give and share the world..how many people agree?

It is not moving very often, it rarely gets out from under the rock(its been hiding there for....about 5 days). We think it may be laying eggs or something, but we havent seen any yet. We also don't know the sex of the turtle(we don't know how to tell)
