He was too big to keep at home (4 foot 7), now I'm worried he's going to eat all the neighbourhood pets. I don't want to own up though, should I get my mate to hunt it down and shoot it?

i did lots of research on them and I want a ball python, but I am afraid that it will bite me, I haven't done any research on what it's teeth/fangs/whatever are like, how many of you who have snakes particularly ball pythons have been bitten by them, how long are their teeth and how badly dose it hurt, that is the only thing that scares me about getting a snake,

I know I sound like a silly little kid who dosen't know anything, but I'm 16 and my mom said I could have one

how much do they usually cost and is there anything elce that I need to know

I have a bearded dragon he is like a year and a half old. He eats meal worms, crickets, the food from the pet store and romaine lettuce and occassional strawberry, and a few other fruits. We have a friend of my sons staying here with us right now and he says he feeds his bearded dragon butterfly's and locusts. Is that safe? I was always told not to feed them any other bug besides crickets and meal worms. Am I depriving my baby?

well my poor baby turtle is sick. i have two, Mango and Orange, and Mango seems to have all the issues. I've researched for about 3 days now, and i've found some useful info, but its not what i was looking for exactly.

Issues:
1) after changing the water, water seems to get clear-ish yellow-brownish after 2 minutes. It so happened that one of the babys had diarrhea. [this problem has gotten better after i've constantly changed the water and kept the water exceptionally warm. but is there anything else i should be doing to prevent it and make the issue be gone for good?]
2) is he hiccuping or is he constantly sneezing? i think he's stopped, but occasionally, he would do it again

thank you excessively in advance! (((:

i just got a leopard gecko for the first time last night. a couple hours after i got him, i opened the cage and began to arrange some of the decor in a way that was more suitable to hime. he got scared and crawled up into a hole in a log that i had. it was a tight squeeze and i knew he wasnt able to get out, i tried to get him out as gently as possible but it wasnt working. in the end it required some pretty hard shaking and some tugs to get him out. he seems okay for the most part but i am still nervous. he is walking okay, so i dont think anything is broken. however he is very skittish and acts very nervous. also when i observe him it seems that the underside of his throat is pulsating very quickly. is this a breathing problem? what should i do? how long should i give him before i get him checked out to see if there is anything wrong
? please any help is appreciated. i love this animal and want him to be okay.

It is important that when you have reptiles to belong to a herp society to learn the care and educate yourself in this field as well as teach others. So let me know what herp society you are a part of?
