Depends on what kind of frog. A fire bellied toad will eat small brown cricket, or meal worms. A tree frog, the same thing. But a pac man frog will eat theses and then grow so big you have to feed it pinkies, and then grown mice. If you were talking about captive, pet store bought frogs that is. In the wild frogs will taste just about anything that moves, if it likes it it swallows it, if it doesn't, it will spit it out, and wait for something else
Just remember to only buy your crickets or meal worms at the pet store. If you catch them outside, they will usually be covered in pesticides that will make your frogs sick. And if you are feeding a wild caught frog, let it go, and go buy one at the pet store. they are bred in captivity, so it is all the frog knows. Never try to keep a wild born animal in captivity, it makes them crazy, and they have not been quarantined.

depends on the type of frogs you have. I had oriental firebelly frogs and they ate crickets all the time, but my pac man frog ate crickets and meal worms.
