No They are too far apart in the snake family. Some snakes can interbreed like some kingsnakes can breed with other kings and milks. But black snakes and rattle snakes are in different snake families.

Impossible, some very closely related species interbreed but it's rare. Rat snake to viper is WAAAY to distant. Especially considering rats lay eggs and vipers are liveborn.
