like she will have a very healthy apetite one day, and then the next day she will not eat AT ALL and i have to pretty much shove romaine lettuce or something into her mouth and even then she tries to spit it out. should i not force her to eat? her phases last like 2-3 weeks at a time and i just want to make sure she doesn't get sick from starving herself!! and i have tried putting her in the tub and letting her swim in warm water (she always LOVES that) and she never poops or anything so maybe she is constipated?? but how do i get her to poop when she isn't eating??
HELP PLEASE I LOVE MY LITTLE CHLOE AND I DON"T LIKE TO SEE HER BEING UNHEALTHY!!!!!

I don't know if it is a turtle or a tortise, i cant even find a picture of its species...

its small about the size of your palm, it has a domed shell with a long yellow ridge in the middle, its color varies from yellow to brownish black, it has long arms and tiny claws, its tail is small and skinny, it has big eyes and a beak like mouth, its head and legs are grey and it has a dim yellow stripe behind each eye. I found it floating in my pool and i would like to keep it, please offer any information you can!!!!

OK, I appreciate the answers to my last question, Thanks eneryone! But, now i have noticed the larger turtle (GIGI) has a golden hugh to her shell. I've never noticed this before and must say that while it's really beautiful, I have no idea whats going on.
Does anyone have an answer?

I have recently acquired a 6' red tail who has lived in a extremely small house all his life. Deuce is not very big for his age (7) and I believe this is from his small quarters. I want to build a large house for him but do not want to use glass or plastic. Do they make a fabric cage for large snakes?
