Nope

Rule of thumb is to not mix different species together in the same setup. Even if they do not fight, chances are they will be over stressed and die.

Also, these both have huge setup differences. Panther chameleons need it humid in their setup wheras leopard geckos need more of a dry environment with the exception of a humid hide so that they can loosen their skin easily during shedding time.

Did you mean panther chameleon? No. They need very different living environments. Leopard geckos are more of a desert breed, and panther chameleons are tropical. Check out www.anapsid.org for info.
