I've tried to look up on this online and in the book I'm reading about rabbits but I can't find anything.... I recently switched from feeding my bunny pellets and alfalfa hay to fresh broccoli, parsley and a baby carrot or two. Now his stool is really small and very dark (almost black) and smelly.... is he ok? is that bad? what is it? is it just the diet?....and he is about 4 months old. I need help please.

I need to know what they eat, where I can get them, what kind of habit they need, how much they cost, and anything else you can give me. Thank you so much, I plan on getting one, and need some help. :D

We have a American Red Nosed Pit Bull. She is 70 lbs. and could stand to lose 10-15 lbs. She is very lazy, and usually eats once during mid-morning and again before she goes to bed. I try to limit her food, but it is hard to monitor because we have another dog. She has a large backyard to run around in. She is outside off and on for about 8 hours a day. The other dog is under a year old, they play all day long. She likes to sleep about 12 hours through the night. If I leave her outside in the heat for a long period of time, she comes in and pants for about 20 minutes. Thanks...

I put in about 6 tadpoles and all of a sudden some started to disappear.

My Koi's range from size 6" to 12".
Do you think they ate them?

I have a protective cover because some of my Koi's were actually being eaten by an Owl. So it can't be any bird doing it.

Any suggestions?

If a cheetah and a horse were to race for a MILE (keep in mind a MILE) who do you think would win. I would say a horse since horses have more stamina. What do you think?

What has given llamas such a bad reputation? It never fails, when we take our llamas to fairs, some parents will grab their kids and tell them not to get close or they will get spit on. (Llamas almost never spit at people, unless they have been abused or mishandled at some point.) The same parents will let their kids reach into a horse's stall even though there is a "horse may bite" sign taped to the stall. I've even heard people say that llama spit is burning acid and will leave scars. I've also heard people say that llamas will bite and can rip a person to shreds with their "hooves". They actually have no top teeth in the front, and their feet are padded on the bottom with two toenails on top. Why have these gentle creatures gotten the reputation for being so "vicious" towards people??

I have a small business watching peoples animals. Anything from dogs and cats to huge farms full of animals. Most of what I do is over nights at the clients home or just checking in on the pets. I need a more interesting name then the sitter.

She bites me (only gently) but I dont want her getting into bad habits! I am the one who feeds and cares for her and gets her out of her hutch and brings her in the house but she is nicer to my boyfriend! Does she hate me?? She does get on back of sofa and sniff my hair and lick my face- surely she wouldnt do that if she didnt like me!??!

She sniffs my trousers the digs at them with her front feet- what does that mean??

How can i stop her jumping around in my arms? I can pick her up fine but once she has been in my arm for a couple of mins she starts jumping round and at times is hard to keep hold of her!!

All and any advice welcome! This is my first rabbit so anything at all!

Thanks!!

i have a 6 month old puppy who scratches a lot. I give him a flea and tick shampoo every week and I was using Hartz spot on as well but i dont know if it came off after the bath or not. What should I use for fleas? I know stuff like frontline and advantage is good but when i go through his hair with a flea comb i'll only find like 1 or two so is there anything else that works almost like advantage and frontline? I also have 2 cats, both dont have fleas but i want to put something on them to stay protected, what should I use for them?

In about a year or so, I will be moving to Canada. I have had my ferret for about 8 months now, and I want to take him with me when I move. Anyone know what I would need to do to get him there? (i.e shots, paperwork, etc.) ?
