I have been looking at the guinea pig. I hear those are very socialble pet. I want something that is nice and I can hold. What size of cage should I get?

Or, do you have any suggestions for another furry rat animal. (No dog or cats or ferret, or bunny).

My rabbits were running around the room today when I noticed that Gypsy (one of my rabbits) had fur missing around her leg..I picked her up and her entire belly was almost completely bald. I didnt notice any fur in her cage but i had cleaned it recently..I didnt see any bite marks and my other rabbit isnt missing any fur so I dont think they got into a fight or anything..whats causing this??

I want to design a gadget that hangs on the wall or something, and signifies if the household pets have been fed or not, for other family members who may wake up at different times. The only trick is...it would have to reset about every 6 hours, otherwise it would still say "fed" when they have to have their evening meal...any ideas?

My lady and I just got a hamster about a 1 1/2 month ago. We've tried our damndest to tame her. We've tried holding her for long periods of time, even letting her urinate and defecate in our hands. We take good care of her, talk to her, make sure she's clean, etc. but she is still terrified of us. Someone puts their hand in her cage and she just becomes startled and runs away. What are we doing wrong?

I work in a petstore and we got in a pregnant Black Russian Hamster (not supposed to happen but it does occasionally). Her first two babies were stillborn (she was too young to be pregnant) but the last one lived. Five days later, the mother was found dead and we have been using kitten milk replacement every 30 mins and a heating pad on low. What is the best thing to feed the baby or what is a good website that will give me this information? Thanks a lot!

all of my mice play well together, everyone gets along fine. they have all been together since i bought them. all 8 live in a huget cage together. they play on a big wire wheel and everything seems fine. they are all about 4 months old. its all good EXPECT..... one mouse is constantly left out she (they are all girls) always sleeps alone outside of their house. i know they all fit in there, its big! but i dont know why she is alwyas sleeping alone. sometimes during they day, when they are sleeping, i will hear 1 of them squeeling... i go over there and she is out of the house by herself walking around... like they are chasing her out of the house they all sleep in. what the heck!!?? why do they pick on her and how do i stop it???

i mean with all these clinicans. examples: clinton anderson. whats with his stick and teaching horses to stay out of ur space. i would rather have my horse in my space(as long as they aint steppin on toes) as to slappin it in the head with a stick and makin it afraid of me and draggin behind me..ray hunt... buckin a horse out before gettin on it... why create a problem teaching a horse to buck and having to fight to stop the problem... did u all know ray hunts horse had to be thrown on the ground behind a building every time he got on it.. because he created the problem of "bucking the horse out". every single time he rode that horse he had to do throw it down to get on because if tried any other way the horse would buck his a** off. why start a horse to buck unless it is going to be used as a bronc in a rodeo. craig cameron. no more space or i would write more.. does any one else agree with me?horse world is turning to ****. better horses back in the day then now. more ruined by them
