My rabbits were running around the room today when I noticed that Gypsy (one of my rabbits) had fur missing around her leg..I picked her up and her entire belly was almost completely bald. I didnt notice any fur in her cage but i had cleaned it recently..I didnt see any bite marks and my other rabbit isnt missing any fur so I dont think they got into a fight or anything..whats causing this??

It sounds like she's nesting. Even without exposure to a male rabbit, females will go through false pregnancies. They usually make the nest in a corner somewhere dark and quiet, so it's possible you cleaned up the fur while emptying out the bedding and didn't even realise. If it was a fight you'd see the fur spread around in large clumps. Best thing to do in this case is to get her fixed or she'll be going through these cycles repeatedly.

If she has been exposed to a male, she could be about to have babies. I have raised rabbits for several years. Even if you havent noticed any breeding, rabbits are very fast and quick at that to breed. and then you might not even witness it. Females pull their fur out in clumps to line the spot she has chosen to have her litter at. If she hasnt been exposed to any male rabbit contact then i would seperate her from the other rabbit and take her to a vet to get checked out for any sort of disease such as sore hocks or ect. I did have a fuzzy american lop and he had a nervous condition. he would pull his fur out if he was frightened or things werent just going his way. the one time he got really spooked when he was out palying in the bun bun yard he pulled out ALL his fur on his back and had to be settled down in side and kept quiet and calm. so it could also be nervous condition. flip her over and if her teats lok enlarged, or "Kinda Scabby" and if you feel on her tummy by her hind legs and you can feel something in there larger than a blure berry she is proly pregnant and due to have babies soon. they usually have babies during the night. so good luck

She my be moulting. Out of our 3 rabbits only 1 moults on a regular bases. He loses most of his back fur and it looks awful. It will grow back though.

It won't look bald to the skin, but just very short fur left.

Maybe they were playing around with a shaver!
Look around the house for fur, maybe you could find out why. If not, you should go check with the vet coz its not normal.
