They are both male the mouse that attacked is usually the less dominant on he is the one getting picked on usually and they are not housed together i let them play under close supervision but he has never attacked. And theyve never fought in plain view they used to when they were caged.

Mouse saliva is sticky anyway so don't worry about that. Are the mice the same gender? If not, one could be ready to mate while the other has no interest. If they are the same gender, it could be a territory issue. How long have you had them together? I would separate them and only allow them together when you can watch them closely because one could kill the other. As for your bites, clean them good with peroxide and put some Neosporin on with a band-aid. A knot under the skin is normal for the first few hours to 24 hours as swelling is a natural response from the body. Watch the wounds for redness and heat coming from them within the next few days to when it heals up. Those are signs of infection. You should be fine though. Just keep them clean. Also, watch your mouse for more signs of something being wrong. Chances are, you only got bit because the mouse was worked up and you were a threat at that point.

The swelling will go down, but it is best to keep your mice separate for a while. Your one mouse might want to mate. Make sure you keep their cages beside each other so that they can still interact with each other, or else they will not be friendly when you put them back together.

Another thing to do to heal your hand faster, is to soak it in hot water (as hot as you can stand) for 5 minutes and then cold water for 1 minute. This stimulates both blood and lymph circulation, discourages infection and promotes healing.
Sounds like you should keep those boys separated.....
