How young? I'd go to a feed store or pet store and see what kind of rabbit formulas they had. Or call a vet or wildlife rescue center. Baby rabbits only eat a couple of times a day but I think it is really high fat.
You could e-mail pelistar@onebox.com...she is active at our wildlife center and may know someone who can answer your question.

For now, you can feed it calf manna, and whatever wild grasses that horses would eat. If it isn't old enough to eat/chew, then you won't be likely to save it, as there is no rabbit's milk replacer. If you do need to bottle feed it, goat milk (at the grocer's or from a fresh goat) will be about the best you can do.
I tried to raise a baby jackrabbit, but, when it was about 3 months old, it went crazy from confinement.

Run to the pet store and get some rabbit food. Just a small bag cause it is only temporary. Carrots and other fruits and veggies. STAY AWAY FROM LETTUCE the water content is high in lettuce and can cause diarihha (the runs). Provide some water. and take it to a rescue shelter or wild life shelter. They can treat it and set it free. Don't let it bite you. You don't know what viruses or bactierial infections it may have.

If its big enough feed it some lettuce or carrotts, see if it will eat this if it is small and cant eat that then you will have a proplem, you will have to call a vet even a emergency vet and tell them you just found it and need to know what you can feed it,If you dont call them tonight and its to small for lettuce or carrotts it will die fast,Best Advive call a emergencie vet in your phone book ,also put babyjackrabbits food in your browser it will take you to some information.Good Luck,Donna Cabrera

If you do not have the "set-up" to keep this jack-rabbit, maybe you should contact your nearest Animal Control and they can help you.
If you are interested in keeping him, I believe they would be just like rabbits and eat Rabbit pellets (local pet store) they also like lettuce, carrots, any type of veggies, etc. Make sure to give him plenty of fresh water! Good luck!

My girlfriend is a vettech and we have 18 animals. If you aren't prepared to bottle feed every coulple hours around the clock and stimulate elimination(if it is still very young)...take it to your local vet asap. Any newborn animal especialy wildlife are very hard to care for if you don't have the proper education. Good Luck.
