I work in a petstore and we got in a pregnant Black Russian Hamster (not supposed to happen but it does occasionally). Her first two babies were stillborn (she was too young to be pregnant) but the last one lived. Five days later, the mother was found dead and we have been using kitten milk replacement every 30 mins and a heating pad on low. What is the best thing to feed the baby or what is a good website that will give me this information? Thanks a lot!

WOW!
Good luck!
I've bottle fed kittens, and that can be a pain, I can't imagine trying to save the little guy.
What are you using as a nipple? I can't imagine anything small enough to fit in that little, tiny mouth.
I hope it lives!
Please keep me posted.

I found this site, and it seems to have some good information about orphaned hamsters, it also has a forum where you might find someone that has some experience in raising orphans...

Good luck.
