I've got three animals that are very special to me! One is my cat, she is 14 years old, she's a short haired silver moggy and he name is Tink. I think she's special coz she is the only cat that I've come across that seems more interested in me than in herself. I've also got a four month old, black and white mini lop eared bunny, his name is Bunny (original I know). He lives in my room and he provides me with endless entertainment with his many adventures around my room, including the day I came in to find him perched up in the window sun baking, I kid you not. Last but not least I have my four year old Terrier Cross dog named Tequila (Keely). I got her from the lost dogs shelter in December last year and I couldn't have asked for a better dog. She keeps me company and looks after me a night cause I'm scared of the dark, which is sad cause I'm 20! All my babies mean alot to me and I think everyone should have a special little fur person.

We have had so many great and greatly loved animals!

The one that we currently have is a 1 1/2 year old grey, black, and white tabby cat named Lucy. She is so funny, one minute she'll be attacking your feet and the next she'll come up to you and lick your nose. She's the greatest.

We recently had a parakeet die, her name was Birdie and she was the best. She sang all the time and would just sit on your shoulder and cuddle, and she never bit.

You are very right about all the sad stuff, time for "a nice Q&A!"

I currently have a Greater Indian Hill Mynah (Captain), a Red-Sided Eclectus Parrot (Emmett) and two Ragdoll cats (Attis and Morgan).
Captain is so good at imitating voices even I can't tell if it's him or my mum calling for me now.
Emmett is still a young bird and trying to learn how to talk but he's a clown and cracks me up with his antics.
My cats are big lovebugs and I like nothing more than having both of them follow me around the house all day and purring contentedly when we watch tv together.
Love em all to bits!

I have loads of animals, but I suppose my favorite is my German Shepperd dog Jazz (Jasmine). She's so beautiful and white. She'll be two in May and is the most amazing dog ever. She's so smart, we taught her to sit when she was just 8 weeks old, just a few days after we got her. We live in the country and so she gets so dirty and is a nightmare to groom, but when shes clean, she gleams she's so gorgeous. She's loyal and always greets you like she hasn't seen you in years. She's the softest most cuddly thing, with so much energy and is so much fun to play with, I'm never bored of my baby. I love her so much, she brings so much joy, she really is a perfect member of my family, and she doesn't answer back.

I have a monk parakeet named after the famous jazz pianist Thelonious Monk. He is more intelligent than I thought. He is 8 months old and asks for a treat by saying "Chow-chow?" He throws a ferret ball for me to fetch. He lightly pecks my lip when I say,"May I have a kiss?" He plays hide and seek and says "Peek-a-birdy" when we play. He dunk his head in my glass of water today which made me laugh. I am pleasantly surprised by all of his behaviours. Actually, he might be a she since they are dimorphic looking so much alike. I've learned a lot about birds and I now don't underestimate intelligence among other animals. I try not to personify him, but sometimes I catch myself doing it. Have a tweet year.

Rats. I love rats. I highly recommend them to anyone. They are just like minature dogs, but even smarter! I breed them, but the ones I keep have weird names. There are five: Minh and Chien-po, brother and sister siamese whites, Shar, a solid blue gorgeous female, Creda, another siamese white but with red eyes, and NEMUS, my prized male show rat. He is a "blue blazed variegated striped dumbo-ear" rat. Lots of complicated and desirable genes there, which he has passed on to several litters. They all have very loving and entertaining personalities, but especially Nemus, he is my pride and joy. Of every animal I've had in my life I like rats the best, and that's a lot. Adopt a rat today! =)

I have a daschaund/spaniel mix named Keiki. She has so much personality and gets into so much trouble at home. I adopted her from a shelter. The dog she came in with was put down the morning we adopted her. Keiki was set to be put down that afternoon. We had decided on her but were going to come back in a few days however, they told us if we didn't take her that day, they would have to put her down. I am so glad that we adopted her-I can't imagine life without her now.

Simon. He is my little puppy. He is three years old and about 35 lbs. He thinks he is my protector. He gets mad when any other dog gets near me. He is starved for attention. Every time I pet our other dog he is right there butting in. At night he likes to share a pillow with me. he also likes to sleep with his head on my neck or chest, he gets his ears pet there. He also likes to lay there and watch me sleep in the morning. As soon as I open my eyes he licks my face, and wiggles around so I pet his belly. right now I looked at him laying on the floor and he is watching me. he is always watching me. he is a little brat but I couldn't imagine my life with out him.

I have a black lab dog, and his name is Bubba. Sometimes I call him sweet nicknames, all of which he responds to. He is special to me because he is a darling baby angel given to me by my much loved and missed grandmother. This IS a happy post because Bubba is like a living teddy bear to me he is just so sweet.
