I create, design and sell dog collars on ebay. However, I found out that someone are using the photos of my dog collars on her website (her website is outside of ebay) without my consent. I emailed her and got her reply. She promised to take off the photos but until to date she has not take my photos off of her website.

Any suggestions...?? How can I establish my right -do i sue her?? Thank you very much!

i started feeding my dog Wellness brand dog food because it has no "filler" such as corn gluten or soy and also no artificial ingredients. however, i feed my dog according to the feeding chart on the bag and she has very runny stool since i satrted feeding this food about 10 days ago. i'm hoping that i can get some advice on the matter. my dog is just 4 months old and is in other wise good health. even having an upset stomach hasn't made her act any different. any advice?

I'm just trying to confirm the mix of my dog, Cali. I got her about two years ago when my brother picked her up from the road at ten months old. The vet thinks she is a Chow/Shar-pei mix but I don't know. She has a partially black tongue with mostly pink. Anyone have an idea of what she is? Here are some pictures --

My mother had a dog named Sassy, she's a little Chihuahua, my mother has had her since 1997. On 7/19/06, she was let outside, to use the bathroom. Sassy always goes outside, but she never strays from the house, when she does. My mother has been wheechair bound, due to an accident, back in 1999. My mother's live in nurse, let her out, but when she looked to see if she was ready to come in, she wasn't there. We searched all over the neighborhood, by foot and car, with no luck. My mother is so distraught, she's cried her heart out since this happened, nothing seems to cheer her up. She told me that she misses Sassy, riding on the back of her wheelchair. Iv'e cried for my mother as well, what really saddens me is, my mother, will go to her huge day window and stare outside, hoping Sassy will pop up, but she hasn't.

I have a large 70pound Weimaraner VERY short coat. Based on a comment in one of my other questions i figured Id ask. Is bathing him once a week too much? hes an inside dog but we go to the dog park a couple times a week and run everyday. I noticed his coat was getting thin, i thought it was from a heat rash/sunburn... could it be from dry skin by too many baths. i think i have a OCD when it comes to my dog and being clean. I heard ppl bathe their dog once every couple of months.

HOW? dont they get dirty?
How often do you bathe your dog?

I have a male rottweiler, he's about 8 months old and I'm still feeding him Purina's Beneful for Puppies. He's beginning to get bored of the same food. But I heard that puppy food is for the nutrients and for the dogs to gain weight, I really wan my Rottie to gain more weight.

my cats and dogs have fleas, i bought some flea stuff at the store but it doesn't seem to be working. i looked on the internet for some other ways to get rid of fleas. i found one where you use lemons. so my question is has anyone tried it? if so does it work? or do you have any other ideas?
