I create, design and sell dog collars on ebay. However, I found out that someone are using the photos of my dog collars on her website (her website is outside of ebay) without my consent. I emailed her and got her reply. She promised to take off the photos but until to date she has not take my photos off of her website.

Any suggestions...?? How can I establish my right -do i sue her?? Thank you very much!

Check this link: http://www.copyright.gov/help/faq/faq-infringement.html for further information about copyright infringement & enforcement.

Hope that helps!

If you have stated on your own website that the images are your own, then you have legal rights, even if you do not have an established copyright over the images (meaning that you haven't paid the gov't for copyright protection). Consult a lawyer.

Also contact eBay.
