We have a female cat that continues to urinate in one spot of the house no matter what we spray or how many times we clean it

Sometimes I have to leave my cat alone over the weekend. When I come home I find that she's peed somewhere in the house. Usually it's the bathroom rugs, so I started closing that door. This time it was the laundry basket. Is she just getting back at me for leaving her alone?? Her litter box is always clean when I leave, so I know it's not because her litter box is too dirty for her to go in.

Do you think that owners not having enough money for vaccinations or neutering is good enough reason for Vetenary Clinics not to treat sick or needy animals?

My vet told me today that I only needed a pet passport for my 17 year old Puss if I was intending to come back to UK with her. Has anyone had any experience of this? The DEFRA website is a little ambiguous.

I don't know why but all of the sudden my 8 month old cat has decided to stop covering up her poop. She was doing it all along and now has completely stopped. I clean it out every other day and change the litter once a week. I just can't figure out why she just stopped. Any clue?

She is a great cat and I love her to death but (there always is a but isn't there?) she breaks everything. She loves to bat things off the counter, the ledge, the dresser, you name it she's moved it. It's getting a little upsetting she has broken, 2 candles, a vase, and a bell. Nine times out of ten she does it when I am at work. We live in a studio apartment so there is no where I can lock her in for the day (nor would I want to). I was just wondering if anyone had any ideas.
Thanks for your help!

I have had my kitten for 3 weks now, he is only 6 months old, I live on a top floor flat of a three storey building.

Would it be best If I keep him indoors as I live off a very busy main road and I am scared in case he is injured or someone pinches him!

He does sit on the window ledge alot looking outside though, but when I open the door he aint interested, I did take him outside but he hid under a motorbike!

I play with him everyday and fuss him loads!

mine would be unemployed, sitting in the porch all day, drinking generic beer, with her eyes half opened, watching traffic as they go by.

The cat in question is a 2 year old, neutered male tabby. We've had him for a year, but he's only started this licking thing in the last few months.

My 6 month old kitten is on my lap right now,

I am stroking under his chin and if I stop, kneads my stomach, is this a sign of affection as he has never done this before!

When he even hears my voice, he comes running to me. He sits with me all day and runs up to my bed to greet me first thing in the morning. He watches every move i make, everything i eat as well :)

. am I lucky or does your kitty behave like this as well?

I have built my boys and girls an addition on my house. I would like to communicate with other cat lovers that have a few and find some new tips for looking after them that would be helpful. All my boys and girls are fixed now, so that is not an issue.

There is a stray male cat, not neutered, outside that I am thinking of taking in. I have heard that cats neutered later in life have a tendency to spray. Is there any signs that he may do so after I neuter him?
