My roborovski hamster mother gave birth to babies the 2nd time..but all babies dies. She does not want to nurse or feed them..can anyone tell me why? I thought all mother hamsters will take care of their babies naturally...

I am studying coral reefs and i need to ask a few questions
1. what is a coral reef like?
2. what colors do you see?
3. what other oganisims seem to live in or around the reef?
4. how do other organisims depend on corals?
and last but not least 5. where in the wordl is this reef located.

For the past 4 nights our kitten has taken to weeing on our bed ! No matter how much i scrub the bed she can obviously still smell it ! During the day she goes in the cat litter tray , but at might she waits till we are asleep then chooses to use our bed. does anyone know of a remedy of how to stop her ?or even why she is doing it ? She is 4 months old and thought we had cracked the use of a litter tray by now !!

My dog has this rash by his tail and down his back. He keeps on licking and biting it and it is only making it worse. I have noticed a few fleas but not enough to make him break-out the way he is. I have no money to take him to the vet. Does anyone know what I could put on him to stop the itching? Or does anyone know what could be causing the rash?

I have one of those collar things I could put on his head but I dont want him to be itching and not be able to scratch it because I know it would be uncomfortable.

We just put up our christmas tree Saturday morning and all she's done is climbing. She's a little over a year old, we've had her since she's 5 weeks. I've only got her down once and she bit and used her back claws against me which really pissed her off and went straight back up the tree. I left her alone and she basically just lays in the tree and comes down a little later. She thinks it's just a place to lay and that the ornaments are her toys. She never goes to the top, just the middle or bottom. But my mom is scared she's going to knock it over or ruin the ornaments, and we're worried about her getting hurt.

I don't know what to do, i've tried telling her firmly no, but she just does it anyways. I've tried to lightly spank her, she just thinks i'm playing with her. And now my dad is threatening to spray her with water, which I don't approve of.

Any suggestions, or anyone that's gone through the same situation and has got there cat to stop?

We have a Hoot Owl in our tree. How much do they weigh and how tall are they. If our outdoor cat Jaden is in our yard will the owl swoop down and try and catch Jaden. If so will it kill Jaden. We want to know so we know if we have to try and get Jaden in the house at night or if we can continue without worriying

My 1yr. old basset hound is the most spiteful little thing...she has even peed directly on my bare feet when I was busy, because she was demanding attention...and obviously didn't get any. She gets angry and will potty in the house if my husband and I are taking a nap,and she can't get up on the bed with us...or if our other dog is getting attention and she's not. People have told me dogs aren't spiteful...Before owning this one I thought the same, but believe me she thinks she runs our home.What can I do, nothing has worked. Please help?

There are bubbles in my freshwater tropical fish tank. They're around the top of the ring of water. I have 3 fish, and they're all diffrent kinds. And i've looked at them, and they do NOT look like eggs. Could just be air bubbles? Or are they somthing to worry about? thank you.

We just got a cockatiel 2 months ago. I bought a book on their care but it didn't say anything about her laying eggs.
She's been laying them off and on for about a month and we've been removing them as she lays them. I just read that I should leave them in there, so now what do I do? She's laid 7-8 so far. She has a 'pineapple' treat, like a cuttle bone type thing and we feed her fruit and vegetables.
Is there anything else I should be doing? She won't have anything to do with regular cuttlebones.
Also, we have 2 male parakeets that are in the same room, different cage. Could the males being close to her be affecting her reproductive cycle?

I have used different shampoos,and am now using ivermectin, but nothing seems to work. She had started to clear up, but now the irritated spots have affected new areas. Should I try shaving her and bathing her in a dip? I don't know...please help.

There is a dark brown stinky goo inside his ears, like knock you over stink, is this an infection/ he is 1/2 black lab 1/2 golden retreiver. Is this usual? Also, anything other than meds for skin allergies?
