I reside in Florida and I've seen a brown lizard scurrying around my house. I'd like to get him outside before he dies from lack of nuitrition and water.

Ok;; well I have finally talked my mom into letting me add a new fuzzy to my home to keep my current fert company while I'm away at school. She is very energetic and I would feel better if she had a cage mate to keep her company. There are a few things I have to do first but I am determined and I should be recieving my new fuzzball by January 1 I am so excited ! I bought Rudy at Petco. There is a petshop about 20 miles from my house and they are good - like they take really good care of their pets and they are all healthy and grow up rather large. It's not like a petshop in which they are only out to make money - they are really good. However I was interested in purchasing one from a breeder - anyone know any good Breeders in Georgia or around Jackongville, Florida ? I'm not really able to find a site where they have a list of ferret breeders so if anyone has any links it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks :D

I havent been on here long, but one think I have noticed is that people sure are complaining an awful lot about people breeding dogs with the large amount of dogs in shelters needing homes and the number of dogs being putdown, and how people should be adopting these dogs instead of buying a purebreed puppy, yet after reviewing some of their profiles and previous answers, I have discovered that some of these same people are dog breeders themselves. Looks to me like they are hypocrites. If they are so concerned with the dogs in shelters needing good homes, maybe they need to stop adding to the dog population by breeding dogs themselves. They just seem to think it is alright to do it themselves, but not for the rest of us to do. I have heard them refer to people on here as back yard breeders, but that sounds like the pot calling the kettle black to me. What do you think?

I have had a freshwater tropical fish tank for about 6 months now. We have an assortment of guppies, tetras, and catfish. The oast two weekends when I went to change the filter cartridge(carbon refillable cartridges) there have been littl black worms on the top half of the cartridge. They don't seem to be bothering the fish, but I'm not sure what they are or where they're coming from. I have tried getting a brand new cartridge out and cleaning the filter out. I also vaccuumed the gravel, but the worms keep coming back. Has anyone else had this problem and how did you fix it?
