go back to your breeder and ask her advice on what stud to use also she will be able to tell you if the ***** is worthy of breeding or has too many faults ...is she registered dont just breed for the sake of it it is not an easy option also it takes a lot of work and heartache to whelp and rear a litter and dont forget there is the responsiblity of homing the puppies checking out new owners etc also it cost a lot of money to breed properly you cant just open the door and let her breed with anything because its the right colour or cute you have to be a responsible person to take on this undertaking...think carefully before you even consider it...but the first port of call should be the breeder of your *****

No, you don't need a mate urgently. You just want one so you can peddle inferior dogs for a profit.

SPAY YOUR DOG NOW!!!

If you cared about the quality of pups produced, you'd research through the proper channels for a show standard dog. Instead, you'll take any dog as long as its breed and colour are right. No concern for genetic quality whatsoever.

Luckily for you there are plenty of idiots around to buy irresponsibly bred dogs such as the ones you will produce.

Why not try the Champdogs site - it lists breeders & owners of dogs & studs?

I've just had a quick look but there are two listed, one of them is black. I think the owner lives in Lincolnshire.

If that wasn't suitable, perhaps you could try emailing some of the breeders to ask if their dogs were available?

Good luck.

Oh - I just assumed that your poodle was female

A genuine breeder chooses a stud dog carefully by pedigree to suit their *****. They do this to produce healthy sound puppies that improve the breed. Choosing a random dog and sticking him on a ***** is a good way to produce yet more unwanted 'pedigree' dogs. Spay your dog.

Spay your dog. Every breed has genetic disorders they are prone to, hip dysplasia, bad eyes, ears, arthritus, etc etc. If your dog hasn't been vet checked for these things, don't breed. If your dog is not up to show and breed standards, don't breed.

The world has enough dogs as it is, there is no need to add more. If you want puppies, check out your local shelter, they always have WAY more than they can find homes for.
