At 2 weeks old, I don't think the kittens are old enough to be wormed. I may be wrong, but I'm pretty sure they need to be at least 6 weeks old before that's done. All kittens are born with worms, so this is probably the problem. Call the vet and ask what you can do for the kittens right now.

The best advice I can give you is to ask or call a vet, but the risk of roundworms and hookworms in cats is comparatively lower than a puppy.
De-worming for kittens can be started effectively at 3 weeks of age and be repeated at 5, 7, and 9 weeks. Make sure you have the right wormer for kittens and the right dosage.

Well if the kittens have worms they more than likely got them from mommy. If you don't want to take them to the vet to have them wormed then go to your local PETSMART and find age appropriate wormes. I use tobacco products for my cats but two week old kittens couldn't handle it.

You should take all your cats to the vet and see if they are all okay.
Also if you lift their tail and look at them, if you see worms coming out of them you will need to get some heart worm meds for your cats.

All kittens/puppies are born with worms. Don't forget to have them vet checked and dewormed before you find homes for them.

Sounds like tapeworms. Do they look like rice? Do the kittens also have fleas? Have you noticed any blood in any cat's stool? It's time for a trip to the vet! Wash their bedding completely & deworm the mama cat & any other cats, too. If one cat or kitten has tapeworm, they all do.

I agree with the previous poster, she is in heat. You should bring her in the house and not let her outside. The kittens will not be fed and end up dead. Also, having her spayed would be good too, because you probably don't want her having kittens every few months.

I hate to say this, but if you don't know about the importance of worming for your kittens then you shouldn't be breeding them. Take the poor things to the shelter where at least they will get proper care.
