Hi, try the Champdogs site. They've lists of breeders that show the counties in which they are located.
If you use the search, guided search option, both Boxers & Dobermans are found in the Working group. (Sorry I couldn't seem to get the link to the exact page)

Please do not look for a breeder. If you do not know where to get a boxer or doberman, go to petfinder.com and put in a search for your area. IT saves lives and guides you to a shelter with loving pets.

I would try to find a Boxer Rescue group in your area and adopt one from them.

To ensure that you find a reputable breeder, I would contact your local vetinary surgery, they will usually be able to recommend somebody.
