i know animals can fall in love because i have seen it with my two cats. one passed away and the other looks empty without him, but anyways my question is about another cat (i have three :)) this cat doesn't leave my room and snuggles with me alll night. my mom and i were joking about him being a man in a previous life and falling in love with me. its wierd though since i have moved in with my mom the cat doesn't go anywhere near my moms room and majority of time spent in mine waiting for me! my mom is a teddy bear so hes definately not scared of her. the cat licks my face all the time and even puts his paw around me haha! do cats have memories? I have moved in and out a few times - maybe he is clinging to me so i won't leave him again??

my jack russel is 3 years old and lately has been tensing up and falling over. it passes in around 1min. has become more frequent. it starts with him walking in a funny way, leaning side to side and then falls over and stiffens up. i think it may be epilepse. anyone had a dog with the same symptoms

I have a young female cat who has milk but lost her kits. How long will it take before she stops missing them and the milk goes and her tummy is smooth please? can I have her safely spayed next week so soon?

My kitten (5 mo.), a himalayian persian, won't use the litterbox; instead he uses the newspaper like my dog. He scratches and paws at it like it's kitty litter, yet for some reason he won't ever use the real litter box... Is there anything I can do to get him to use the litter box? Thanks.

In the past i had a pond filled with koi, the water fall would be on almost all day, the water becomes cloudy, then when we changed the water all the koi was gone!!! they died, the ones left were really sick, there veins were red in there fins when i mean red i mean really red and there eyes looked like that were pushed in or somthing. there eyes were red, i was able to treat 1, for some reason the other fish in the same tank died, i think there scales were kinda dry too, they didn't have that slimy coat to protect there scales, Somone please help me So next time i get koi in the pond wich will be soon they wont get sick, im thinking is becuase there in the sun to much but i had a rock shelter where they hid in, so i dont know. any information is great! thanks!!!

I just bought a 3 year old Cocker Spaniel from a couple and they always kept the dog outside. So for 3 years this dog was kept outside. I have tried potty pads but she totally ignores them.

I have a sick cat and she won't eat much of anything. She likes to drink milk.

Her digestive system is obviously hurting and she threw up alot last night. Would milk hurt her digestive system? Or should I give her some?

Please help me. My roomate adopted two dogs from the pound one max (skipperkey ,mix) and Tucker (a rat terrior) well tucker hates jake (my roomate) and loves me (he is signing him over to me) anyway, he keeps running out the front door and we have to find him he always comes to me then jake takes him and spanks him. my question is How do we stop him from bolting out the door? this has happend at least 4 times now and 2 times he came home and 2 times we had to find him b/c he left when we were on the way to petsmart (actually right as we opened the car door). I am not sure if any of this makes sense but please help me stop tucker from bolting everytime the door opens he is a very sweet, smart dog other than that!
btw we have tried a kennel, spanking, and yelling NO everytime he even comes close to the front door.

I got 2cages with 20 hamsters free out of a local paper, and they seem to fight a lot and kill one another. When one like dies at night and I dont know it, then they eat on it till I can get it out of the cage. I have never seen this happen before. I started out with 22 hamsters and now have 11. I thought hamsters were vegetarians. Then I have had 2 of them just die with no physical harm to them. I dont know why they are dieing and need some advice.
