We have just rescued a cockapoo from a shelter. The groomer said she might have allergies. And has suggested Dinovite? Has any one used it or heard of this supplement?

I have 2 male dogs. The older one constantly humps the younger and bigger dog. It is annoying and embarassing in front of friends. What can I do to stop him/them? Both of them are nuetered.

The book-keep at my place of business keeps feeding our company dog(a stray we picked up) garbage-*** food like burgers and fried chicken and bacon and stuff. I tell her but shes ignorant(and yes, overweight herself).
Makes me so mad.

Are pet rats specially bred? For example- if you caught a wild rat, could you tame it?

He has killed a sucker fish, and before this happened, I added a couple of snails to help clean up and he busted their shells and ate them. Everyone tells me they aren't suposed to be aggressive but he even bites me!

My cat Jessie is a moggie, and normally okay, but every year around now, her fur seems to go matted, I'm trying to comb her, and the fur seems "dead" and has knots in it. there's also a lot of white bits, that seem like dried skin or dandruff. It's almost as if there is no oil in the fur if that makes sense..... any ideas? We have four cats, and the other three are okay.

I have a dog that just had puppies October 1st. She had 11 and all are well except on one tiny female. I have been bottle feeding her the milk replacement from PetSmart as directed but she does't seem to be filling out any. She is strong and acts fine. Just very puny. She is only a week and a half old and I just don't want to lose her if possible. I want to carry her to the vet but my husband is against it. He says "nature will take it's course". Of course, I am not real fond of that answer. Any suggestions?

How do I stop my dog from pooping and peeing in the house?
We got the dog from a rescue. She is about 2 years old. We had no problems with her for several weeks, and now in the last few days she has pooped in the house 3 times and peed once. She doesn't cry or dance or anything to indicate that she has to go, so we've had to take her out every couple hours. How do we train her to let us know when she has to go? Why is she going in the house now when she's been having no problems? Is she having a power struggle with us? She is already crate trained and she doesn't go in the house all the time, it only seems like she goes in the house when she is mad at us and trying to have a power struggle.

I only feed my cats dry cat-food. I hate the smell and look of canned food. Is this bad? They do have water to drink as often as they want.

I figured dry cat-food is good for keeping their teeth healthy.
