Hello, i was just kind of curious how i can get my kittens to stop scratching the end of a bed or a chair and start on the mini cat stratch post on my doorknob. Ive tried rubbing their paws on it but that doesnt work. Any suggestions?

We usually clean the tank, as we have done for over a year, every weekend. The only thing different is that our convicts had babies a week ago, and we skipped a cleaning so as not to disturb the new family. We have grow lights and the algae was pretty visible in the water after missing a week. When he got done, five of the fish were dead within an hour. They are swimming like they are half paralyzed. Some are better now, but some didn't make it. Are they in shock from stirring up the algae?

We might be able to get a goat. how much milk does a goat make a day? Can you sell it to friends (I'm in California)? What does a goat need to eat and how much? How much space and attention does the goat need? How about keeping the milk clean? Is it easy to transport the goat to other people when we go on vacation? Does it get attached to people ,places or is it a loner?How long does it produce milk? how long is pregnancy of goat? Don't the little goats need the milk of the mom or is the milk produaction by demand? How is milk production of goats different to humans?

Yes, my dog had an accident again. :(

Quite a large one, too. A full sized golden retriever. He must have had a bad day.

Anyway... every time I approach it it makes me want to vomit. It's diarrea type on tile floor. Any suggestions on how to clean it up?

I am looking for ways to keep hamsters warm. My boyfriend and I have 2 and are in a basement bedroom and it's very cold down there. My boyfriends hands turn color when he's on the computer in his room where the hamsters are. There is a small ceramic heater in the room but not enough to really do much since there is dog that opens/closes the basement door (his food is down there). Can you tell me of any products, bought or home made, that are safe to use for hamsters or any other rodent to help keep them warm?? Thanks.

about 2 years ago now, I collected a cat from a temporary home, put it in a cat box, drove 5 miles to my home and kept the cat indoors for 2 weeks - 1st day outside it ran off..... 48 hours later it arrived back at the previous address, 5 miles away , across 3 dual carriageways, a river and a large housing estate... absolute TRUTH, explain that because I can't !! i have heard about stories like these myself and never believed it but i swear its the truth and i for one am gobsmacked!! incidentally the cat was allowed to stay where it obviously wanted to live, bless him, what a character, Alfie Bob, LOL

Aren't you suppose to put your kitten nose right next the mess the made on the floor (potty mess) then scold them and put them in their litter box or does it tell them to keep going there on the floor instead of in the box?
