My cat will jump onto the kitchen sink and meow until either my husband or I come and turn on the faucet for him and he will drink from the faucet for 5min or more. And his water container is less then 2 feet away from the sink? Is that crazy or just spoiled?

Thinking of starting an aquarium. Have a 10 gallon tank. Want a fish to help clean the tank. What's the difference between a Pleco vs. an Algae Eater? Thanks!

My Chihuahua just gave birth to 6 healthy pups. At first we thought it was only one, but when we moved the blanked, we saw three. There were two black ones and one white one. But soon after we found out that it WASN'T two black ones, but three. That's 4 puppies. As soon as we saw the puppies, another one came along, and we left the room to give her privacy. We were shocked! Five puppies! When we came back a few minutes later, my mom noticed that she was licking herself too much, and asked me if another had been born. We check: 5 black ones and 1 white one! That's so many puppuies.Six nipples, six puppies! How can we take care of them and will all of them survive?

Ok I'm going to disneyland for my 19th birthday with my boyfriend and my family . And my boyfriend and I have each a kitty , they are both brothers and get along great . We desided to leave them at my house in my room or the bathroom . What can we do to make sure that they will be safe and everything they need . And what are safe toys can they play with that they wont choke on or anything. Should we leave them in my room or my bathroom? And how can we proof safe the both rooms. We're only going for the day and comeing back at midnight . Is it safe to leave them at my house. I think a kennle and the vet will scare them and it's not a good places to leave them . Please help. We really care for our kittens. Thank you.

Has anyone used the grooming service at Petsmart? Were you pleased with the results? Value? Do you need an appointment? How long did it take?

Thanks!

I was wondering who has older horses, as in 35 years or older. I have a horse named Blaze who is spoiled rotten and he is very well cared for. I just wanted to ask if anyone else had horses like him.

FYI...animals spayed or neutered before they reach puberty are more likely to retain their docile adolescent behaviors. Where as animals spayed or neutered afterward tend to continue displaying those annoying adult dog/cat behaviors like marking territory, challenging for top dog/cat status and roaming.

This is why it is best to have them spayed or neutered before they reach 6 months of age.

Many veterinarians are performing these surgeries at 4 to 6 months of age and prefer this because they heal quicker and have less fatty tissue.

The last time I invited a breeder to my home and became involved with them I trusted them enough to watch my dog for a month while I moved, things went downhill. Upon moving and requesting my dog back, they reluctantly told me they lost him. I am now considering a new playmate for my Boxer, and the new breeder wants to see my home and family. I am uneasy, although I understand they want the best for their puppy. WHAT DO I DO???

I have a 3 month cream French Bulldog puppy. Right now his coat is very soft. I saw an older French Bulldog, and his coat was pretty harsh and rough. I am a novice about French bulldogs -

Is there any way I can help maintain his coat, as he grows older, to be soft and shiny as it is right now?

Thanks!

3-4 mountain minnows or danios
3-4 harlequin rasboras
1-2 kuhli loaches
some java ferns and some cryptocoryne plants

I would like to have the two kuhli loaches but am unsure about the others. Any help would be great. Of course I would start off with the danios or the minnows for a few weeks before I even think about adding the other fishes.

I adopted a dog two days ago.Today i noticed that when i turned him out to run and get some exercise he was squating every 3-4 minutes or so like he had to have a bowel movement, with no results.I know the obvious thing to do would be to call a vet,but the vet is out.Is there anything i can do?A home remedy that i could possibly do to open his bowels up and help him have a bowel movement?Any help would be greatly appreciated!!
