Get the dog to the emergency vet in your area NOW!
Edit:
When in doubt, call the vet. As others have pointed out, she may be just fine if she only drank a small amount. But the only one who can accurately make that diagnosis is a trained professional.
All of us here, including myself, aren't in a position to judge since we don't have all the facts. The vet will be able to tell you what you need to know or do.

Call a vet, as long as she did not drink a whole bunch she should be just fine...Call the vet, he will most likely tell you to keep an eye on her and to bring her in if she starts to act funny. As long as it was just a little swollow she should be ok, if it was a whole bunch then you might have some problems....I would be ready for her to vomit. My dog got into some mouse poison once....I called the vet and he told me because of the amount, which was not much, to just watch and if she started to act wierd to bring here in....she threw up about 15 min after and was her complete and normal self after that.....

If the active ingredients on the lysol say "n-alkyl dimethyl benzyl ammonium chlorides" or something similar, then your dog has not been severely poisoned.
However, you should call an emergency vet and ask them what to look for.

If you are worried about anything that your dog ate, you can give her a teaspoon of hydrogen poroxide every 5 min until she throws up (this way it is accurate for the dogs size), they will throw up for a few minutes and then be fine.

I don't mean to sound rude, but please call the vet. By the time you get answers here your dog could become critically ill.
Good luck. I hope she's OK.
