Is there such a thing? He has to make frequent trips to the vet to have his pads buffed. The hard skin is like a callus, but it smells like fungi. The vets have no clue. Is there something better to help him cure this? Any Sheltie owners out there experience this?

my dogs is 13 has broncitis arthritis breathing problems and the vet says last week he has senile dementia he hasnt got long left the vet says its up to me how much time i want to spend with him. this morning he was sick and collapsed and he had a fit its the first time this has happened he fell over and was fitting for few secs then he got up could this be due to his senile dementia or is it getting closer to him saying goodbye to me i love my baby so much ive had him since he was born. i need to know if this fit was a one off or could he have more please help

with a cat that pulls out his own back hair or hisses and gowls at his own tail, and please dont say shoot it and its not nessesarily a take it to the vet problem. Weve been using fronline all sumer so it isnt fleas and the only place he pulls it out is his back. he does only seem to do it when he annoyed or i find that his food dish is empty. I think hes just nuts. but very kind to everyone but himself and his tail, lol.
It does seem like an anger control problem, and he is feed off the floor, so the dog dosent eat all the his food. and normally his bowl is full or half full. im getting really sick of waking to fluffs of cat hair all over my couch and carpet. He also brings every sock and anything else white that he can and drags it into the livingroom, I think he is just nuts.

Betta is pronounced bet-tah, not bay-tah.

Goldfish need cold water... 60-65 degrees.

Tropical fish need warm water.... 72-80 degrees, depending on the fish species.

I found a tumor on the left side of my dog chest. I went to my vet and he did a biosy and told me is a tumor but he can't tell if it cancer until he do the surgery. The cost with my vet is between 1,400 to 1,597. I can't afford this because 5 month ago she had a surgery due to pyometra that surgery cost close to 3,000. I went to a second vet and he did a body check on my dog and he told me is a tumor but is small all she need surgery to remove the tumor before it grows and then turn cancerous. The second vet said he only charge me $390.00 only for the removal of the tumor. Should i be concern because the cost is too cheap?

We have a pug now. He is 2 years old. He is nuetered. I have 3 small children all under the age of 5. I am now looking for a good breed that is sturdy yet small. He is great with dogs so that will be no problem. I really don't want to get another Pug. Just something different. And I don't want to get a designer breed. Can't stand them. I am a stay at home mom so I would be here all day to take care of the new puppy. I have been researching breeds that are small yet sturdy and its very hard and I can't make up my mind. But anyway, Thanks for the help everyone.

he is an indoor cat and he keeps losing his toys.

i cant afford to buy him toys all they time so what else can i do?

he gets given catnip once a week so he doesnt get too used to the smell.

he is a bit over wieght so how can i get him more active. letting him out isnt an option as i live on a very busy road and all my nieghbours have dogs.
