Do you have a Claire's or Icing store in your mall? I'd try there first. Otherwise, I know there are a ton of websites out there devoted to animal clothing. Maybe try an animal store too. Like Petsmart.

I just go to Wal-Wort or some department store and buy a sweater for a baby/toddler that will fit. It cheaper and more variety.
