Awww Boa's are wonderful snakes.. They warp around to hang on or get warm..
Now a 4 footer... is only a problem if you have any small outdoor pets.. and then only if it gets loose..
Mayb e just talk to your neighbor and thell them HEY if it ever gets loose be sure to tell me..
Otherwise... its no worries for you.
Good luck

I am terrified of snakes but I don't think I would worry too much. Even though it does happen, you don't hear about snakes escaping their enclosures that often.
I think as long as they kept their rather large snake at their house, I'd be okay with it.
No worries. Get to know your neighbor so if you do see that their snake has, by some weird chance, escaped you can call them and let them know.
Good luck.

No you don't need to worry that your neighbor has a boa! They are, when captive bred and well cared for, very peaceful creatures. I would just let them do what they do and you have whatever you have! If there has been any situations that concern you, then go to them and talk about it otherwise, keep your mind on other things! Live your own life and enjoy it!

If the neighbor is responsible and keeps the snake contained, there is no reason to worry.

I think the time to worry would be when your neighbor no longer has that snake and comes to your door asking if you have seen it.

You misspelled BOA twice! Snakes do not "like" to hug people, they are just holding on so they don't fall. 4ft. boa ? If you have small pet and the snake gets loose, Worry.
