Run it

I "condition" our dogs by using a treadmill.
Funny part is that when a dog is in good condition,,, everything about the dog changes, not just the muscles on the legs.

To make your dogs superior, mentally, enable or not that's a significant other no count number the construct. To make your dogs better muscular hit upon a strong abode for it far out of your man or woman. you've a dogs for the incorrect reason if all you care about is the way it seems.

Feed it good high protein food.

Get a treadmill and run the dog on it daily. Start slow for short periods of time and build up to faster speeds and longer times.

Get a tug of war toy and lift him off the ground swinging him around. Do this every day for increasing amounts of time.

If you are diligent, soon he will be ready to fight in the pits and kill or be killed. I assume that is what you want.

Good diet and exercise. Spring-pole, flirt pole , treadmill, long walks, "push- pull" exercises, tug o war. It is wise to see a vet before using a rigorous conditioning program. Fit the program to match the dog`s age, breed, and his current physical condition. You don`t want to over do it.

I've always found playing tug-of-war with my German Shepherd builds excellent neck, chest, shoulder, and forearm muscles, do this twice a day in 10 minute intervals and he'll love the play time as well.

Take your dog with you as you run. Exercise him several times a day.

like i said on your other question lol, just buy it a harness and a weight sled, and let your dog drag it around for awhile. when your dog gets stronger just add more and more weight, and your dog will eventually bulk up
