I´ve been breeding dogs for years and know quite a bit about them but on this i am stumped.....
I have a 2 1/2 year old siberian husky (thats her in the picture).... now anyone who know this breed will be aware that they have a double coat, so theres plenty of fur there..... well shes been infested with flees for about 5 months and i´ve tried everything i can think of to get rid of them... but to no avail.
Shes been shampooed... sprayed... soaked in a bath full of very strong flee killer... had front line on the scruff of her neck...shes on programme tablets once a month to stop the eggs from hatching... ive sprayed my house..... hovered it 4 times a day.... flee bombed it... put flee killer in the garden....... and when i mention all these things i havn´t done them only once, i´ve done them all at least twice and some of them four or five times (i even put garlic in her food every couple of days)... can anyone help???

My newborn is 2 weeks old and just got out of the hospital. I took a quick second to ask this question. I think my macaw would be good, she has been with me for 10 years and that is how old she is. She hasn't been biting unless someone bothers her but she doesn't know my child and squawks, and she flies free sometimes. She likes her cage and has the option but I am afraid that when she is flying she will hurt my child. What do I do?

I just got it and if you try to hold it, it bites and screeches and tries to fly (wings not clipped) away. I really want to hold it, where could I get the wings clipped and how do I do it? He is so cute and wanted me to pick him but now that I have him he is so annoying! He is 4 or 5 months old from petco.

see, my puppy died like about 4 days ago and im still trying to get over his death. He was only 7 months going to go on 8. see the thing is that we left him outisde without a leash thinking he wouldn't go in the pool and the worst happened. he drowned and died. no one was home. when i got the news i was crying for like about a day. now and then i cry a little bit.
i just want to know if there are other people out there who have lost a puppy the way i did.

please answer truthfully.

We intend showing our border collie when he reaches 6 months of age. At the moment his ears are not both in the same position. ie one up one down. Will this go against him in the show ring. We are complete novices at this and are try to learn all we can.

i have had my 1 yr old male black lab cross for a few months and just bought a 3 yr old collie cross girl, they dont fight as such but i dont think they like each other, will they get on soon? any advice please? also they didnt meet on nutral teratory, is this a problem? my dog has been castrated but the female hasnt been nutered if that helps! thanx!
