i have four turtles two are fine and the other two have dark green near their bottom sides.one has a little near his head.what is this???

Some kind of fungus or algae. If it's in strands, almost like hair underwater, it's most likely green algae, and you have nothing to worry about. Try using a dechlorinator, because they usually get rid of substances that cause the algae to grow. Also, clean the water more often.

Yes this is very normal if you want try rubbing it off with a very soft toothbrush... This is normal so you dont have to worry.
