Dont know if there is but there should be!
And for the idiots that put there dog in the back of the truck they should be SHOT. And those that let the pets hang out the window shoud also be shot! (just wounded as that aint as bad as the back of the truck!)

Not inside of a car there isn't except for Pennsylvania where the dog is required to be in a createe. There maybe others but this is the only state I know of. If the dog is in a open bed truck the dog must be in a creat also

not that I'm aware of but there's no reason you can't uses the seat belt to go around the dogs waist when sitting.

yes,in wyoming,cheyenne area you can no longer have a dog in the back of an open pickup truck, thank God

No there are no laws for that,yet! I'm sure they will make one eventually,they have a law for everything else!!!

Not that I know of because mine would have to quit riding if she had to stay in one spot in our van!
