Hi. We are getting a greyhound and are looking for some good names to go along with their traits such as dash, lightening, etc. I am looking at dog name websites but i cant find any that suggest names based on the breed characteristics. Any website recommendations or great greyhound names? Thanks!

Is it more likely to have asthma or cancer? BY what percentage. on 100 cats at age 13 how many would have asthma and how many would have cancer. I asked this because my cat can spit back hairball for two months and has this annyoing problem for her.

I want to know of a good reptile or amphibian to breed, that is easy to get them to mate. I have never bred any animal before, but want to try one that is easy and does not require hours of work every day. It would also be nice if it was fairly cheap, as in under $50 or so total (I sdo have cages and stuff from previous pets).

My current kitty has lived with my roommate's kitty for about 2 months (same age, same sex) and they get along fine. My roommate is moving out which is the reason I want to get another kitten. I've heard that males are easier to deal with than females but most importantly, I want them to get along and be happy. Another thing is even though my kitty is neutered, he still 'pleasures' himself about 3 times a day by licking his private area. Just wondering if I should be concerned about introducing a female kitten into the house.

I have a bunny that is about a year old, but I don't know the sex of the bunny. My cousin looked at it when we first got it and said that it was a girl. But a couple of weeks ago, I took the bunny out of it's cage to clean it. My husband was holding it and looking at it and it looks like the bunny has balls!! So how can I tell if it's a girl or a boy?

Please no stupid or smart a$$ answers.

My two year old Lhasa is food aggressive. He started this when he was 10 months and now I cannot seem to stop him. He does not like for you to walk by his plate while eating or wash his plate after eating. He growls and will try to attack. I am not scared of him as he only ways 14 pounds, but I talked to a behaviorist and he said dogs act like that if they were starved at one time or when they don't get enough to eat. I have had him since he was 8 weeks old. He has been with me the majority of his life and I feed him till he gets full. He gets two meals twice a day plus snacks. Why is it that people have to think up some psychological reason why a dog acts the way he does. Can't he just develop a bad habit?

Hi my cat is 13 years old . She has never been seek before. But for two months she has been coughing or I should say trying to vomit but cant spit it out. My mom brought the Cat to the vet. The results from X-rays and from the Vet said that my cat has either asthma or cancer. And to make sure that it is or not cancer we have to do ultrasound. So what do you think cancer because she is too old asthma?

I read they are supposed to be 10 to 13 lbs but mine is 18 lbs and he's also 4 inches taller than the specs. Is it normal for the breed to vary that much? He's a year old and very active.

We just recently put a deposit on a white lab, which we do know is a pale yellow, but his coat is white, and he is a lab. He is still with his mother and will be until he is 8 weeks. Honestly, I am a little surprised at all the people who jumped on this question to answer it in a manner that had nothing to do with the actual question. The reason we asked it was because the litter was large, I have never seen 5 week old puppys before, and we wanted to see if there was a range that the puppy should be in weight wise, or if maybe he was too small. This is also a family pet, not a show dog, so if he's a mutt then oh well we'll still love him.
