My suggestion is to take the collar and pull all of it the to the suitable of the neck. that ought to carry the pinnacle up and also you should be in a lot more advantageous administration. in case you leave the collar close to the shoulders he will have administration over you. you should imagine about it like a dogs pulling a sled, they pull from their shoulders, it truly is the most useful portion of their body. once you get the collar around the suitable of the neck, do not enable the dogs walk in the front of you, in reality beside you. "calm assertive" are the words Cesar Milan says. you should be on suitable of the dogs everytime he makes a mistake. Readjust him to the aspect of you and loosen up the leash and save walking. with any luck this facilitates, or merely watch cesar milan some circumstances. He teaches human beings those products for all time. solid luck!

Id have your dog looked at by a vet, or maybe hes lonely for dog companionship?
Does he like other dogs?
how is he at the dog park?
But he really shouldn't whine all the time,
Have him checked out by your vet, just to make sure theres nothing really wrong with him.

I open the door for her and let her go outside. Get a kennel. some dogs are just nuts to be outside. believe it or not dogs prefer a cain and something (doghouse) to get on top of so they can look around

As hard as it is, you just have to keep pretending you can't hear her or leave the room. If you give any sort of attention (good or bad) it will teach her that she can get a reaction out of you and will keep it up. My cat scratches at the door every now and then, and eventually gives up if I just ignore it.

My dog does this high pitched yawn, it's really annoying. I usually throw her in the microwave for 20 seconds and that does the trick...kidding! I would never hurt my baby, I try to distract her with one of her toys...

She wants a pet. Get her a kitten or a guppy or SOMETHING to pal around with when you're not on call for fun and frolic.

Either something's wrong with her, or she has to go outside and take care of some business.

If you pay attention to her when she does this for no reason, you just reinforce the whining.

A million reasons this could happen. Ask your vet.
