My bf & i just moved into a house with lots o' room (frontyard & backyard) & we want to get a puppy. Ive been looking to see what kind of puppy would be good, we're looking into a german shepherd or laborador. I've checked on the internet on the website nextdaypets.com but is it a good idea to buy it on-line? or is a petshop a better choice? I've been told not to buy it from a pet store. What are ur puppy experiences, purchase wise? Should I just look at my local paper & trust the locals? Any help or advise would be appreciated, thanks!!!!

I have a 10 week old french bulldog puppy. I am away for 4-5 hours but I have made a pen for him with a crate/bed, some newspaper, toys and water. He goes quite often on the newspaper, but misses sometimes. Is there a better potty system where his paws don’t get all wet with pee? I saw the pup head portable potty and wizdog – has anyone tried them?

The room gets way to cold with door closed, and my kid LOVES her princess canopy. It is sagging and wrecking.

Recently, I saw a puppy in someones car. They told me the name of the dog- and I forget it now. It is some hybrid cross- something like a caine corso / mastiff / presa canario?? Any how it is supposed to be the new "super-dog" Bred for guard, protection and agression - not in the professional sense either- more like for people with bad intentions who don't care about their dogs. If you are a breeder who is RESPONSIBLE and KNOWLEDGEABLE- I was not talking to you in the last sentence. Does anyone know what this is, and the name please? Anyother info would br great as well.

My hamster just had babies! I do not know what to do! can some one help me! I already took the dad out so they don't have anymore babies and I haven't and I WILL NOT touch the babies...I mean I no some of the basics but still some one help me! I am scared like what if she eats them and accidentally leave them alone and then they will die!

Our new 9-week-old kitten likes to play by jumping out at our feet and hands and using his nails on us. I realize he's just being a kitten, but how can we keep him from doing it to our 1-year-old son? How much did it cost you?
Are they good with babies/kids?
My husband are looking at them because they're big, fun dogs, but we are nervous because we are also looking at getting pregnant within the next year or two, and we would like a good family dog as well.
