I have a Sweet pit bull he's about 2years old he is normally real good but for a month now he's been sneaking out. I mean he chews up the fence or digs holes by my fence and the neighbors and he goes through there back yard and gets out. I put bricks in front of the holes and he moves them and gets out.. I don't know what else to do.. He's a pitbull and alot of people are intimatated by him but hes soooo nice. My kids play with him all the time. So what should I do.? I just don't want someone to hurt him or youknow him to do something to a stranger......Please I don't know what to do.

Our Maggie is 14 years old, about a week ago she started walking in small right hand circles, never left? She walks into everything and can't seem to maintain her balance. She's not blind as she follows us with her eyes. She can't keep any food down, has diarhea. We've taken her to two vets, spent nearly $1,000.00 on tests with each one, and neither one can tell us what she has. I can't stand to see her suffer any longer, but each vet said give her a couple of weeks and see if she gets better? They just keep running more tests and running up the tab. I don't mind spending the money if there is any chance she could pull through, but to be honest she looks like she's totally lost all the time and scared to death. Can anyone tell me what she might have, or what you would do in this situation?
Thanks for your responses.

My puppy has a spot on her back that seems to be getting larger and is very thin of fur. It started a few weeks ago about the size of a dime but is now about 2 in by 3 in. The skin underneath is slightly pink maybe and a little dry? She is not itching or scratching or biting on it. She is on Interceptor for heartworm and other than that no meds except finished with all 3 booster shots? Any thoughts? I was guessing mange but from what I have read on the internet it doesn't look raw and itchy and is not in the usual places? Tips? Am I headed to the vet?

My cat always licks plastic, not any plastic, but plastic bags. He will do this for a long while at a time, 10 or 12 minutes. Is my cat retarted or what?

but nobody believes me because he never sings when there is company. Also, I'm insane, which means that people tend not to believe me. Anyway, I have recorded the fish singing and it sounds EXACTLY like the Robbie Williams song "Angel" with instruments and EVERYTHING and he can sing ANY TUNE almost and he even does commercials, oh, and what makes this incredible fish even more special is that he can live OUT OF WATER and looks EXACTLY LIKE A RADIO!!! Do you think the zoo would be interested in buying such a marvellous fish?

softclaws work just as well as declawing plus they come in pretty colors. They are recommended by the vet and they are harmless to you animal. Do people just not know about this option?

My dog destroyed my appartment, so I had to leave her at my mothers house. I would still like a pet, so I've decided to get a saltwater fish tank. I went to a pet shop yesterday and they weren''t too helpful. I'm turning to the world for some helpful advice. How much should I put aside to get started? I think a 30 to 40 Gallon tank is a good size. I guess what I really want is to build a nice ecosystem for about 5 to 6 fish, some anemonies, and a coral shrimp or two. Is 30 to 40 too much?

I know it sounds funny but I seem to be forever fishing him out of it even though I put fresh water down for him every day. I don't want to put the toilet lid down cos that would deprive him completely of water. The little wierdo, why can't he be normal??

I am not 100% sure, but I think she is pregnant. I own the male and female. This Sunday will be 7 weeks ago, that they tied together for the first time. They tied twice after that. She is such a large dog to begin with, I just cant tell if she is. Her nipple are larger than normal, and she looks like she swallowed a basket ball and a half. She isnt getting fat in the back, she is getting larger right under the back part of her ribs. Please help! I dont want to be surprized in a few weeks! Are there any other signs I can look for?

I hate the thought of doing this, but it needs to be done to save my house. In the long run it will be worth it.

My husband and I have been talking about getting a puppy in the next year or so, but we're not sure what kind to get. Our son is 16 months old now and we have another one on the way (I'm due in April). We're not sure if we should get the puppy before or after the baby is born, and if it's after, then how old should the baby be when we do get the puppy. Also, what is the best breed of dog for children? I really like boxers, but we've read mixed thoughts about their interaction with children. Should we go with a full bred or mixed? Please help!!! I'd like to surprise my husband & son with the puppy one day, but I want to make sure that I choose the right puppy for our family. Thanks!!!
