I've tried carrying her but she doesn't like it. I give her as much attention as I can.

Why the bad rep. for labradoodles? Is it because of the high price? I have the opportunity to adopt from an animal shelter; I'm not paying $800 plus.

I had a rescue dog, (12 years old) (Lhasa Apso) die in my arms July 3, 2006. "Max" was 9 years old when I got him, took him to the vet and she discovered an inoperable hip tumor and only gave him 2-3 months to live. He out-lived the vet's odds and lived another 4 years. I would like to find a throw or blanket made with his photo and give it to my Mom as a Christmas gift even though he was my dog, he was both of ours. We are both widows and took his death very hard. 9 days later, I did adopt a 2 1/2 year old chihuahua that has stolen our hearts but I would like to remember my other dog in a unique way. I would appreciate all suggestions. Thank you

I have looked on the web and researched this topic, received quotes, what have you. But I want to know how it REALLY works from those of you who have it/used it. I am looking at least $275.00 annually for the type of dog I would like (chihuaha or min-pin). Not bad, but just want to know if it's worth it. Thanks.

he now has seven, and is living in a one bedroomed housing association property, which he owns. He takes them out off their leads and has even taken them to the supermarket with him. They bark constantly and foul all over other peoples gardens. I do have a life and am not being a drooney old women, but he is now just having a laugh. Who do I report him to. Have tried the housing ***, but because he owns the property they wont intervene. These dogs are also not particularly friendly and am starting to get slightly worried about walking passed him.

The product must be sold to veterinarians, not directly to end users.

I lease a 22 yr old Purebred arabian mare. She is a 2nd level dressage horse. I take lessons and show at 1level dressage.
My instuctors stables has top facilities, there are 4 lesson horses, the rest are either retired, drafts, training, or my trainers olympic horse.
The mare(Satin) has big issues:). I really like her though!
She is a very nervous animal. She is EXTREMELLY girthy, and her right side of her mouth is very sensitive, for no reason. She has NEVER bucked, reared, bolted, ANYTHING while being ridden- that i have seen. (not including hissy fits in her paddock). I work her 5 or six days a week(she's extremely fit!) and am trying to make one of those a constant trail day.
So, a few Q's
What can i do about her girthy-ness?
How do i get her bridle on easily?
How do i keep her calm in her stall? (she has seperation anxiety from her "mommy" a large, top level, like 10-15 yr old mare. we can't bring the other mare in at the same time)
But the biggest thing is how to make her calmer

I took my 8 month old puppy to the vet because she has been scratching a lot lately. He said that it's likely she has allergies he's just not sure what she's allergic to. He told me to give her benedryl throughout the day and bathe her with special shampoo. After doing some research on the internet I've come to the conclusion that it may be food allergies. Before I start cooking her all of these different types of diets I was wondering if anyone had been through the same thing and had any suggestions. I realize that different dogs are allergic to different things but any advice on a good food for dogs with food allergies would be great.
